Horrible costumer service!! Never again would choose chase, took the day off to open a account for my daughter at this branch, walk in ask for help they say everyone is busy come back next week they too busy talking to each other

I experienced a rare situation where the tube in the drive up banking lane got stuck with my deposit in it. One of the bank employees "TJ" proactively handled the situation by coming out to my vehicle and explaining what was going on and then continued absolutely fantastic customer service, following up with me after the tube was cleared and my deposit was completed. TJ turned what was a difficult situation (depositing company funds) into a very positive experience for me with his customer service.

The drive-thru is very dangerous in both lanes! The concrete curb on all sides is just the right height and the curves to exit both lanes are just sharp enough to always shred and rip apart your car rims! There is no physical way to navigate out of the drive thru without damaging your car(without stopping, adjusting your turn, backing up, creeping forward and repeating multiple times). This is at a driving speed of 2mph or less. I have already damaged rims on my old car (leased), and new car(purchased), and i am a super careful driver who parallel parks like a pro. The way this was designed is nuts! Only a motorcycle or moped can clear the sharper than 90 degree exit angles here with less than 10 feet clearance to the second turn to exit. Dont believe me? Check out the curbs on all sides in both lanes. They are all scraped, torn, crumbling and blackened from all the hundreds of cars damaged by this stupid design. Probably looked nice and clean in the original design on paper.. but really stupid when you try to navigate it with an actual car, truck or suv. No way will a larger truck even fit here.My advice is just go inside to the walk up atm. If you feel an irrisitable urge to use the drive thru, then after your transaction, drive your vehicle slowly and safely in reverse till you are clear of this car deathtrap and avoid both drive thru lanes by driving back into the main parking lot.To the owner of this bank location:Please remove the existing drive thru, redeign it using a logical amount of space with extremely large curves so cars can escape without damaging wheels, sides and rims, turn all curbs into flattened slopes that can never touch or damage a car. Or, a super simple solution is to remove all the concrete straight ahead from the 2 lanes, so they become a perfect straight exit out to the street with no re-entrance into the parking lot on the left side. So if you are in a drive thru lane, you exit straight ahead and have plenty of space to make a left or right turn onto the main street.Pros:Great, helpful and friendly employees insideLots of parkingFree parkingNice atm inside2 atms outsideCons:2 poorly desiged drive thru lanes that will damage your car 90% of the time

This the 2nd time I come to this branch and the customer service is the worst I ever saw they Don't even greet you. You have to wait when one of the employees decide to help you and for the most part you have to beg for assistance sometimes I feel the profile me base on ethnicity I'm disappointed that my business is appreciated base on my race ?

Been with Chase for 15 years, always friendly and always there for your financial needs! Never had an issue with Chase unlike other banks previous I've had issues with!
