I can’t recommend this car wash in good conscience, as they are dishonest and fraudulent. If there was an option for no zeroes or negative zeros, I would give that, but there is not that option. I can only score 1 star.They have very dubious business practices, including using three names for the business. The owner continues to fraudulently charge me despite having told this owner face to face to cease charging me. Interestingly enough, he credited me for the two overcharges and then proceeded to bill me again, the same day, and again this for month.I have filed a DCA complaint and will be suing them.

Gold VIP it’s not. I’ll have to wash the interior myself again since I’ve just got the car, brought it to the wash and was told that with this package it’s gonna look like new. It’s a decent wash, but not any different from any other package. The windshield is stainy and the compartments / cup holders weren’t cleaned. Don’t give false promises, evaluate the car first and if needed- upsale an interior detail.

Have gone to this place for 25 years. Always had extremely reasonable prices, great service and the best car wash anywhere in the area. Don't even live in this area anymore and when I come back I always made sure to go to this car wash. My most recent experience after coming back here after 3 months is extremely disappointing and I won't be returning. It's under new ownership and it's clear that the new owners are greedy as hell.All prices went up like $10 per car wash. They're now charging a 4% credit card fee which is ridiculous. We're not in covid anymore, stop everyone with credit card fees. It's the business's job to pay them and build them into the prices not to pass them on the customers. Do you want to keep your customers and your business bring your prices back down stop the stupid fees and hire more friendly staff. Your previous staff was a lot friendlier.Going to check out some other car washes instead recommend that you guys do the same.

I don’t recommend. Rails in car wash damaged my rims on my car. Owner denied it. I took before pics when damaged occurred and after pictures when owner wanted me to go thru car wash again to see if it damages rim on the rail Hub. They tried to pull off a fast one by grinding metal hub before I came again one week later. The pictures were indisputable yet owner still denied his car wash damaged my tire rims. Stay away. Not honorable.

Wrost wrost don't waste your money. We paid for interior and exterior clean( $20) but they just did exterior clean.

don't go here if you value your car. I brought my car here and saw tire rim rub against a piece of metal not protected by the yellow plastic shield on the guide rail . it damaged my 2 wheels and a prior customer also. Owner denied it but he got an estimate to repair it from his friend. Then he changed his mind and wanted me to bring the car to go thru the guide rail to see if it scratches rim. If it scratched rim again he would pay to fix but if it didn't scratch rim he wouldn't pay. What he didn't think I would notice was they ground off the metal on the problem area of the rail a few days before I came in. I had before and after pics to prove it but the owner still denied my claim. I'm taking him to court. Don't use their service because your not dealing with reputable people

I’ve been going here for years and have always said “exterior only”. Today I was met with an employee that called me rude for being startled at the new packages. I was unaware this business was under new management and would have wish that employee educated me about the new packages instead of assuming I was rude. Either employees need to be better trained or the “new management” should treat their employees better so they don’t hate their job. Not sure if I’ll be back!

Not the best, but also not the worst car wash I've visited. They do a decent job cleaning the car. Sometimes forget to apply tire shine, which is inconvenient given that I paid for it. Prices could be lower. Quick service. Friendly staff.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience...I used to bring my car weekly for the mediocre job (simply convenient)...all of a sudden this last time (Friday September 16) they wouldn't run my car through the machine and instead drove it out onto the street and to the front. It was wet so I assumed they started washing it by hand...anyway when I asked why they didn't wash it the rude "manager" (I question if he really was a manager with his attitude and lack of communication) he just gave me a rude response...I got a refund but when I went to leave I noticed the inside of my car was DRENCHED!! It's leather and suede so I asked what happened and this reject manager kept yelling and saying "it's nothing" - it was soaked! I called the police because I'm not going to be responsible for their negligence...the other workers were nice but this a****** needs to go...HE ruined my interior of my 75k dollar car and had the nerve to give ME an attitude??? Nah this isn't the last they will hear of me...avoid this place like the plague...see pics which don't do justice to how soaked my car was inside...

The owner is the worst he locked my keys in my truck and started yelling at his workers. My truck went thru the wash and the rims were dirtier than before I went there I said something to the owner Mike & he told me what do I expect for $6 I said I expect my wheels to be clean he continued to walk away from me and went into his office & shut the door so I went in his office & he gets in my face wanting to fight me lol hiding behind his Worker's continues to curse at me. The worst experience ever the best is 2 weeks ago he detailed my Mercedes & was acting like my best friend. Place is a joke no one speaks English very hard to communicate with never go there

I wish I could give them zero stars but then I wouldn’t be able leave a review. I encourage you to go anywhere else but this place. They cracked my windshield on Sunday and refuse to pay for the repair. When they brought my car out front to dry the car THEIR worker pointed it out to me and stated “this didn’t happen here” I immediately went inside to speak to someone, they literally have the worst manager running the business. He came outside and looked at it for 1 second and said this didn’t happen here. I immediately called the police and filed a report. While I was giving the statement the owners son and wife just “happened” to pull up at the red light and got out acting like they had no idea what was going on. I’m sure their employees called them right away and that’s why they showed up. The son, Michael stated he would take our info dad and have his father review the cameras and would pay for the damages if the accident had happened at their car wash. I knew immediately they weren’t going to look into anything or call me back. They started taking pictures of my car to make it seem like they were going to do something about it. I went back today and asked for an update because no one had called me back and the incompetent receptionist went back there for 2 min and came back to tell me that their manager said we already filed a police report so to deal with it ourselves. When I asked to speak to him he came out and told me “it’s not my problem, I don’t care” and walked back inside. No type of customer service at all, then the receptionist still had the nerve to tell me to please leave because they had other customers and didn’t want them to hear what was going on. Which obviously made me raise my voice even louder so everyone could hear and hopefully never go back there.
