Large dollar store located on Washington Ave. A parking lot on the plaza so it's very convenient.
Great selections and collections of many merchandises. Household items, snacks, drinks, decoration etc.
For the holidays, it's a great place to find bargain gifts. Lots discounts going on.

Good service, calm atmosphere. I had a lot of things in my hands and they brought me a basket. I typically come here to get snacks. Their $1 aisle is great!

The store has a very nice inventory. Nice to shop on Saturdays, because when you spend $25.00 or more, you can use the $5.00 discount coupon.

very poor service, terrible experience in this dollar store, Not customer friendly , not helping customer to get thier items, one employee claimed that she is the manager and couldn't let me know the reason why it's not there and that employee's name is jada.

Going to say a very bad experience today so first of all I was waiting for quite some time and the store was not even crowded. Not even a an apology for the long wait. Okay fine but then what topped it all off is when I asked for a very small request of two tens for a 20 they said they couldn't do it because the drawer was already closed it could have they just didn't want to so very disappointed on this visit normally no issues

Shameful because lower income people think they're paying less than elsewhere. Went there once, disgusting, and the prices were higher than Stop & Shop for the same thing.

Dollar general sells everything for more than dollars - you have to be careful about the quality, but it's pretty good for the price.Everything I purchased including the phone charger and phone accessories was over $1 name is deceiving . This dollar store store offered a wide range of products. They have the good selection of many items, small household items, and art supplies.clean and well-organized store with no lines and simple checkout.

Friday night 1/13 around 6:45 I was going to buy a bag of pretzels. The dark grey masked cashier noticed they were going to expire in 4 days. I appreciate the service of telling me they we’re expiring soon , I really should have checked the date myself. Sadly it was the last bag of the Rolf Gold . Great service store is always well stocked and organized and friendly staff .

Very nice dollar store at the edge of Bergenfield, near the Teaneck Armory.This is more of a hybrid dollar store where you will find many items for a dollar, but you will also find higher quality items, larger quantity items, better brand name items, and larger portion items priced above a dollar, but still at a better price than other stores.The price for soda for example is roughly $1.27 vs a regular grocery store price of closer to $2.The one item i found more expensive than a grocery store waa 1 gallon of milk at $4.75. Milk and egg prices right now are a total mess due to the scamdemic remnants and bidenflation. So you cant really blame a dollar store for the overpriced milk and eggs.Overall they have a huge selection of items compared with the big dollar store near the railroad tracks at the other end of bergenfield. The selection at Dollar General has more higher quality items and they kept the promise of some items still being $1 where the other dollar store raised all prices to $1.25.The greeting card selection here is good, but not the best. The prices are $1 and above vs $1 for 2 cards at the other dollar store.
