a decent car wash joint in bergenfield that charges a little more but overall they do a good job cleaning the exterior and interior of your car . stopped by on a sunday morning before the stampede of cars show up and i was first in line and first in the waiting area while my car does the parade along the automated brushes and whatever they called them rolling gizmos. prices are reasonable and they offer a selection of car detailing including wax and polish , etc. they sell air freshners and other stuff for your car but its a little pricey if you ask me . car is finished beginning to end in about 10 minutes and car is clean and smells normal again in the interior area. overall not a bad car wash if you happen to be in bergenfield with time to spare . 4 stars on my yelp meter and wash was long overdue.

Poor service, the windows were left stained, the dashboard was not cleaned, the carpet in the back was left with a stain. I don't know what happened this time with the service. Don't like it.Services: Auto interior vacuuming

Was there from 7.45am until 9am on 11/19/2022 and there was no employee there. The place was completely close. After waiting, I decided to check there website and it says open. There was no sign that say anything like “delay in opening “

Decent prices and work is just ok. The time it takes to actually get your car washed I feel like it’s wayyyy too long especially for the end results. 90% of it is just you waiting in line. I’ve been here when the line wraps all the way around and I’ve been here when there’s just 5 cars ahead of me. I’ve had other washes take 15 mins in and out and get the same results. Don’t come here unless you have a lot of time to waste. You will wait a minimum of 40 mins for a basic wash including the interior. It’s just not worth it.Services: Vacuuming

I have visited New Wave several times and have been really pleased with their work on the exterior and interior of my car. It is a popular place, so you may have to wait in line for the full service experience - but it’s worth it.

Exterior car wash was great! My car came out more glossy than other places I've been to. Staff was really helpful for my first time there. Got the #3. Very satisfied and will come back!
