“Great experience bringing my car in for an oil change. The staff knew the car and treated it with care, which matters a lot with these engines. They took their time, used the correct oil and filter, and explained everything clearly without trying to upsell random services.
The work was clean and professional. No mess, no shortcuts. They checked the car over and made sure everything looked good before giving it back. The car felt smooth on the drive home and the whole process was quick and straightforward.
If you have a performance car and want a place that actually knows what they’re doing, I’d recommend them. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance.”

“A few weeks ago, my car had multiple sensors go off for a brake system failure. I’m new to the area and didn’t know where to go. I called a few mechanics nearby and had no luck, each said they had a 3-4 week wait. When I called Community Auto & Tire, Randy was respectful, attentive and extremely accommodating. When I dropped my car off, Jack was friendly and helpful at the desk and made the process seamless. My car was fixed and ready to go all in one day with reasonable prices and quality work. They are trustworthy (yes really!) and never try to make you do more repairs than what you actually need. They always have my car done way faster than I expect and the customer service is terrific! “First time on the place, I was impressed on how the staff is friendly and polite you don't see that often. Very fast service, did an oil change (they have all types and brands, I was looking to get high mileage Mobil 1 and they had it), they check everything all fluids and tires air. They put a sticker inside your car so you remember when you need to change your oil again. You also get a free hand wash! Cashier is quick and they don't try to upsell you stuff you don't need. They have a waiting area or you can stick around while they work and ask questions and they answer very professional. I saw a few cars and they move fast as they can do multiple cars at the same time. Price is reasonable you can call and ask before, they are open every day!”

“My 2020 GLS 450 had no heat. The dealership told me they wanted over $8000 to basically replace the entire heating system. Not to mention they had replaced all these parts about a year and one day ago and would not honor their warranty.
Hans was able to get it fixed for under $1000
He completed the work in one day.
They used good parts and were clean and courteous when servicing in my vehicle.
The place is a bit tight, don’t let that scare you. I highly recommend them.”

He had better bedside manner than most doctors delivering bad news. Honestly he saved my a$$ cuz I only knew one tire was messed up, but his attention to detail was on point and he noticed a nail embedded in my back tire. The other people also were really nice too, I didn’t get the name of the guy who tried to assist me at checkout but he was a joy and very friendly. He had manager vibes. They aren’t pushy and the prices on the tires were good. Honestly pretty ridiculously low labor cost. Will be going back for the other two tires.”

“The tech was fantastic and he deserves 10 stars! Plus ... he was a real person. So refreshing! Sears seems to think they only need one real human for their service calls, and that is the tech. I would recommend to them employing some real humans in their customer service department and providing their customers with a real phone number to dial with which to talk to them. No one likes to talk to a bunch of robots. (Note: the price listed that I paid was only for the diagnosis. The washer required a very expensive repair which the age of the machine did not warrant.”

I had a nail in my tire and tried fixing it with a plug, but it didn’t hold. I ordered two replacement tires from Amazon and had them delivered to my house. When I called Park Ridge Discount Tire & Auto Center, they quickly gave me a fair quote of $85.00 to mount, balance, and install the new tires, plus rotate them to the front. When I arrived, they got my car in right away and had the job done within two hours. The service was fast, professional, and reasonably priced, and everything went smoothly with no issues. Highly recommend Park Ridge Discount Tire & Auto Center for anyone needing reliable and efficient tire service.”
