I’ve been going to the pharmacy at the Rite Aid of Bergenfield since I was a teenager, over 20 years, and the service has definitely declined. Mr. Vadim has the worst attitude and no one ever knows why. The old staff was warm, helpful, and welcoming. Additionally, they don’t answer the phones if there is only person on duty and if it’s after 5pm, when they close at 9pm. They think they’re slick as they turn off the ringer. I hate that I had to write this review. Sadly, I’ll be switching my medical care to another pharmacy.

Horrible trying to get someone in the pharmacy to answer the phone. Tried for 20 minutes then put on hold to hang up. But lady not in the pharmacy department but the Rite aid department picked up quickly nice and transfer me. You should have her in the Pharmacy department answering the phone. FRUSTRATED

This is not my usual RiteAid since I don't live in this area, but when I went there recently I found it was well stocked with everything I needed / was looking for, and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. It was clean and all items organized.

This rite aid has very nice employees, is always clean, and has a nice size parking lot. I never came by where this place wasn't open. If you're looking for a good convenient store in the area look no further

I am a woman and when I call in Rx for my patients I was usually addressed as ma’am. Today I was called doctor. Amazing ! And friendly !

The cashiers here have 2 speeds. Slow and stop. Go in any time of day or night and regardless of if there's 2 customers in the store or 20, you are guaranteed to wait on line to pay longer than you should. The pharmacy side is run a bit better and moves at a decent pace. Honestly I only use them for prescriptions as they are the closest. If it wasn't for the drugs, I'd never go in.

If I can give 0 stars then I would. The pharmacy is incredibly SLOW and I have been waiting for so long to get my flu shot. This is unbelievable.
