SON JOLOPERO/ crooks: I came to this mechanic so they can remove 2 bolts that broke off which I was advise that torching them will be the only way to remove them. So I ordered my parts, brought in my vehicle around 8:15am. I passed by the shop around 5:30 and my car was being worked on and by 6:15PM it was done. I come pick up my vehicle and the owner tells me I'm a give you a good price, he charged me $250 to remove 2 bolts. I wouldn't mind paying the $250 if he got me my parts, but that was only to remove the 2 bolts. In all honesty I will not be coming here again and i do not recommended this auto shop as they are ripping you off. Please do not do my mistake and get ripped off. $250 to remove 2 bolts that took them 40 minutes in total.

Very unprofessional they did not fix the problem in the car but they charged me 750 dollars and told me it was guaranteed The car continued with the same problem and they tried to take away another 800 dollars more, when I said no, they got angry and treated me badly.

They are really CROOKS! Stay away from so called mechanics they claim. They cant diagnose the real issue instead they rather take your money claiming to fix the problem but really the job is trial by error and they show no remorse about their shoddy work because of Greed. They got HUNDREDS of Dollars from me to fix an overheating issue with no leaks from my radiator until they got around to work on my car and now my car leaks antifreeze from my radiator and still overheats. I rather pay a professional or a decent mechanic instead going to this shop..

This is my first negative review ever written, so here goes. I stopped in and asked if they would mount 4 new tires that had purchased for my truck, they owner stated it would not be a problem, said it would take 30-45 minutes, and quoted me a price of $80.00 which included balancing the tires. He left, and I asked the mechanics if they would be doing the job, they said yes and then asked the price I was quoted; when I told them, they looked upset then stated that the price was too low but if the "boss" quoted that they would do it. They started the job and it took forever! Moreover, I asked why they didn't balance the rear tires and only the fronts; I was told that for $80.00 thats all they could balance and that the rears did not need to be balanced. I was floored and really did not want to argue at that point. I asked for a written receipt and left. My truck shook like crazy until I was able to take it to a reputable shop in town and they balanced and corrected the right tire pressure in all 4 tires. There is so much more I wanted to add, but honestly, this topic has sickened me to the point that I don't want continue. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!

Rigo knows customer service. Every time I go, his folks take care of me. I had a problem with my strut, before going on a road trip I needed the front left to be replaced. They fixed it with my own parts. The left stabilizing link associated with the strut replacement acted out on the road after the fix and when I returned back they addressed the issue after explaining that the problem coincided with the strut repair no charge. Thanks Rigo, that was solid.

I was driving to a wedding when my tire went low due to an errant nail. Stopped by here at 5pm on a weekday and they removed the nail and patched in within 5 minutes. Wasn't late to the wedding!
