I'm amazed at the branch manager Dan and the associates at that bank. Every other TD, I called didn't help but Dan and the associates at this branch heard my story verified all of my information first. I'm not even a customer at this bank and the way I was treated I wanted to join his join for how nice and respectful and well mannered everyone was. I have never been treated with so much respect and humanity in my life by anyone from a bank. Dan thank you so much for treating with your professionalism, great customer service, and just being a genuine good human being.

They were very accommodating, helping me with a fraud related issue and then also recommended, that I review my IRA's, suggested some higher interest options

Non responsive to phone calls for discussing questionable fees and interest charges. I was referred to the corporate loan department to question overdraft interest charges incurred when their computers were down for TWO day in August ! Their mistake. Bureaucratic stonewalling for 45 minutes only to be told it has to be handled at the local branch after receiving just the opposite instructions from this local branch etc. etc. All for a $44.11 interest charge! I was a 40 year customer depositing significant funds each year.......Ridiculous......

Unfortunately I am closing my account with TD because there isn’t a branch in my new state however I cannot begin to give accolades to the branch manager Dan ONeill. I was out of state in an emergency situation . Mr. O’Neill answered my call and listened carefully to my emergent matter. He offered me a solution and was able to resolve the issue with me professionally the next day and saved me from a tough situation. I cannot thank him enough. He even followed up with phone calls. True customer service to the client. Thank you Mr. ONeill.

Went to this location to open up a credit card account, Laura was super amicable and helpful! Wish all banks had a service rep like her!

I don’t understand why this branch has such a low review score. I was in to have some documents notarized. Service rep Laura was very professional and swift. While she is working through my docs, she noticed one of the customers was struggling to understand instructions on how to change the mailing address. She goes that’s someone’s mom I need to help her. She went through my stuff and sat down patiently to help her walk the poor lady through TD App and get it done. Superb service.

I am a first responder/LEO. I requested a notary for work (showed my ID). The male teller was kind and said I can ask the manager when she was done helping someone. A female teller next to him (while she was helping someone) cut into our conversation and told me she was the manager today and that I can NOT have my document notarized without an account. I was made to feel this branch does NOT support first responders/LEO. TD Bank website states they notarize documents for anyone who request it. Notaries are not allowed to denied their services whether the person has an account or not. Notaries are given their power from the state (like a government official) and are liable to being sued based on discrimination. I AM NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN AND TELLING ALL FIRST RESPONDERS/LEO BEAWARE<

This bank teller tall black woman was absolutely rude and arrogant. Treated me as a black woman with zero respect. The supervisor did not help the situation. I won't be going back there ever. One star because of the male teller who was absolutely sweet.

Not a friendly or helpful person working there. Very busy branch, I think it's so busy because they are literally so slow here.

I have been with TD bank since they were commerce bank...so I was a customer for a very long time. And i closed all our accounts today.Recently I called the 800# because I needed to temporarily increase the amount I can take out. The customer service rep had me on the phone for over an hour for a manager to approve the increase then told me to call back in an hour and the approval would definitely be done. Well we call back and not only is the approval not done, but there's no notes in the account indicating that I even called. My husband was on hold this time for 40 minutes. We were told we had to go into the branch. So we are understandably upset. Why didnt they just tell us that to begin with? We are working and had to request an unplanned day off. So I go into the bergenfield NJ branch to request the increase, and I was frustrated. Kelli assisted me with what I needed. When i mentioned to her that I'm coming back to close my accounts, she said "that's fine". I was a bit surprised because who actually says that? Yeah you might be thinking it but if you work in customer service, why would you actually say that? If we were one of their wealthy customers, I know she would not have said that. When I went in, I was on the fence about closing the accounts. We've been with them awhile. But thanks to Kelli, our decision was easy. No concern for customer retention. No empathy for a stressed out (not rude at all just stressed) customer. Just total smugness.I dont expect them to beg me to stay, but they also shouldn't be smug and indifferent to a frustrated customer who was getting the run around from their call center. We are going to a small community bank and we hope they care more about their customers than TD.

Was just going in to get a certified check. The woman, who I believe is the branch manager, could not have been more rude. When your job is literally interacting with customers all day, you would think they’d hire someone with a little more grace and class. One bad apple ruins the bunch, and a lot of people who’ve reviewed this bank seem to have the same experience. Improve the customer service.
