The nicest person I’ve met at this office was the black girl sit all the way at the end I believe her name is Ashlee. She always seems so pleasant and ready to help the customers and very fast service when she’s up there. I wish she was at the front more most of time she’s not, they have a guy but he’s ehhh so so ok. Place needs major cleaning. It’s disgusting inside.
P.s. my review from 4 months ago was deleted. Watch them they’re shady.

Horrible service! On the early morning of 11/16/2024, I received an alert informing me that I was going to receive a certified letter, I have been waiting for. I was home all day waiting for the mailman to ring my bell. He/she never did.Instead, when I went downstairs to my mailbox, around five in the afternoon,I found a pink slip stating that they had made a first attempted.This is completely a lie, from the worker doing this route on Saturday Nov 16, 2024. He/she, never rang my bell.I was home all day.They should conduct an investigation, and look at the cameras around my building. They are plain lazy, and they don't want to do their job, for which they are getting paid to do. They should be fired for making false statements. You are a liar, when you are saying, you did something, which you did not.The sender paid almost $10.00, for sending this letter via certified mail.Terrible.Where is my mail?

I have been to this place three times to receive mail that was not deliverable to my house because I was not there to sign for it. Every time I have gone they have seemingly lost my mail. Not only that but the individual who is sitting at the desk is extremely rude. He often seems to have an attitude like he does not want to be there or do his job, while waiting in line, he yelled at a customer for not following directions, even though she had no idea what she was doing. He was very rude with me several times And see what he has absolutely no idea what customer service means. This place is an absolute disgrace

Here's to our Bergenfield post office!!! Since I moved to town this post office has been delivering everyone's mail to my address. I've stacked up the mail and wrote "return to sender, tenant has moved" or "tenant unknown" on the envelopes and retuned the mail to the post office. The staff at the post office said to "THROW IT OUT"!!! Isn't it a federal crime to destroy other people's mail!!??P.S. The Tenafly post is so much better and friendlier, oh and they are open until 7pm!
