I found that the vet, the techs, right down to the receptionist were all kind, caring, and compassionate. during the euthanasia process, they gave us all the time we needed and allowed Bella a peaceful transformation into the hereafter. “This was the best medical experience I have ever had human or pet. The doctors were incredibly thorough. The care was top notch. My vets were nicer and took longer to talk to me than human doctors and surgeons. They followed up with calls as my cat was getting surgery to remove stones that were very large. They were so compassionate and I was so happy that my pet was getting such great care. It’s expensive. But you really get what you pay for.”

“In spring 2019, my puppy was attacked and bitten in the face. They arranged for us to be seen very quickly. Dr Lauren seemed very caring and patient. 4 instead of 5 stars because they separated me from my dog to clip the wound area and flush it. I would have preferred to stay with her. Will go back there. It was clean and the staff were helpful and nice.Jan 2020: Last week I went back to the clinic when my dog had an ear infection. Dr Lauren moved to California so I saw Dr. Rutherford. She was kind, gentle, patient and thorough.Two things stood out:1. At the time of the visit, my pup was also due for shots but they could not administer all on them at the same day so Dr Rutherford arranged for the next round of shots to given by a nurse - no appt necessary and no visit fee.2. Dr Rutherford phoned three days after our visit to check up on how my pup was doing. It was a nice touch and I plan to make her my pup's primary caretaker in the future.Highly recommended!”

“So today I went to go to the vetenarian to get my cat her vaccines. When I walked in a heard a very strange noise, almost like a growl but it sounded different. I was a little startled but figured it was just a large dog, everything seemed normal until the veterinarian told me to follow her… what I saw next I cannot even put into words, this was single handedly the most villainous, frightful and just down right pernicious thing I have ever seen: I will attach a photo to show what I saw but I am still in shock. Fortunately, I later found out that they ended up saving the Gorilla, so I will definitely be returning. This is an experience I will never forget.”
