Wilma has been doing my hair since I was like 14. She has done my hair for my Sweet 16, my prom and now most recently, my wedding! My hair color and trial we did about 2 weeks prior to the day. My color was beautiful and vibrant; it looked flawless on my day. She was able to give me a half up, half down look for my wedding day and it was gorgeous. We also used Bellami clip-in extensions, 22 inches chestnut brown, to give me more volume and length. Wilma is so knowledgeable, kind and skilled at what she does. I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone who needs their hair done. She does it all and I STILL travel to Bergenfield (way out of the way) to have her do my hair regularly!

I love it here. Wilma cares a lot about doing a great job. It's also fun to get your haircut here. I feel very at home and I have a good time chatting with Wilma! Wilma went above and beyond to give me a beautiful cut and her prices are reasonable.

I have been wanting to try a new hair salon as the one I used to go to shut down. I was intrigued to come here as the reviews are great. I had a wonderful experience and had the pleasure of having Wilma cut my hair. She has excellent skills and is very warm and friendly. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and attentive. I would recommend setting up an appointment as it can get busy. My hair looks a lot healthier. I am looking forward to coming back soon!

I visited Wilma's Salon for the first time today for a color, cut and blow dry. I wasn't happy with the way my hair was looking, and also needed to find a more moderately priced salon than the one I had been going to for some time. I had originally scheduled my appointment for next week, but Wilma found a time she could fit me in today. She is a warm, friendly professional, who listened carefully to what I wanted, and made sure I was happy with the results at each step in the process. I've already scheduled my next appointment. $20 Men's haircut02/23/2023Got a haircut today. Zero wait time at around 2pm on a weekday. 4 employees so they were able to handle 4 customers at a time with ease. Employees were friendly. Cut was nice. Price as mentioned above is $20 which I still think is ridiculous for a simple men's haircut which consists of a clipper buzzing the sides and some scissor work on the top. But at least it is still cheaper than most salons in Bergenfield which are charging a gross $25+ for the same simple cut. It is very clean here. Nice waiting area. Large mirrors so you can see your cut being worked on in good detail. Good bright lighting which is important for both the stylists to cut hair properly and for the customers to be able to see the results clearly before they see it at home.Parking is easy if you use the huge lots in the back where the movie theater is. Also some on street parking too if you get lucky. All parking is free.
