Excellent, trustworthy service. Everyone is very professional and very friendly. They are so honest with what your car truly needs and never have tried to do unnecessary repairs as they are transparent with why, often sharing I don't need things I thought I might! Would not go anyplace else!

After getting in a car accident, our town police had towed the vehicle. After going to two other different places looking for my car with really bad customer service. Dan was so nice gave me an update of my car and stayed later so I can get stuff out of my car. Having come from such a bad experience and customer service at other garages, it really helped to know this place gave empathy to someone who just experience something horrible.

Super friendly gentleman filled my car up. He commented on the v8 Lexus is producing now; i was impressed he knew my car had the engine. Good prices for gas. Sorta a hard pull out being on a busy corner. I am a fan.

I stopped at Benham's about 2 weeks after I had my oil changed at another garage. It seemed that I had a slow oil leak, and I wanted to get a quart of oil since the place that had changed my oil was not open yet. They offered to put it on the lift to check it - which I did not mind, but I mentioned that I only had about 10 -15 minutes because I had to do some other errands before getting to work. 45 minutes later, they told me I had a slow leak, and that after replacing a washer in the oil spout, that it was still leaking because they didn't have the proper metric-sized washer for my car. They charged me $80 and told me to make the garage that originally did the oil change to pay it. I would not have minded paying for any oil added - but $80 and no fix? I'm struggling with 2 part-time jobs. Lesson: if you can't afford to throw money away - ask what you are going to be charged in advance - and don't assume that their troubleshooting is not going to cost you.

Had to have my car towed because of a dead battery that could not be jumpstarted. Michael arrived on time, very professional and friendly. Towed to the garage. From the initial tow to the service and courtesy of the staff, I cannot say enough positive things about this garage! The work was quick and efficient and a total lifesaver! They made a very stressful situation so much more bearable. I will definitely travel the distance to continue having work done here!
