“Not sure about other people’s experiences, but we’ve been in town for over 30 years, and Carpet Exchange has been in town since the 70s. It’s a family owned business, and my experience was nothing but amazing.I went in on a random Saturday to see what they had in stock. I have 2 bedrooms that needed new carpet/rug, and I originally went in with the intention of just getting a carpet scrap converted to a rug. Ms. Sandra was amazing. She helped explain the process, and walked me through their extensive inventory on site. She also helped provide some expert advice to ensure the color/feel of the carpet was what I was looking for and worked for the wall color. I know nothing about warm and cool tones, but she helped me get to a perfect shade. Price was perfectly within market standard.She did inform me that I’ll need to speak with her son on the option of rug binding vs carpet installation. Her son CJ called me Tuesday first thing, and was actually able to share the pros and cons of both, and wasn’t pushy about the more costly option. He actually was able to have his crew come same day to install. ?As for his crew, they were professional and were mindful to take their shoes off before entering the house. They were in and out in under 2 hours for 1 room.I just went back today to select carpeting for the 2nd room, and to my luck Ms. Sandra was there. She again took her time to find me the best option of color/feel for the carpet. She is so down to earth, and a genuine lady. They’ve been in town for a very long time.Honestly not sure about other people’s experiences, but my experience with the family has been nothing but top notch. I won’t go anywhere else now for my carpeting needs. Support local, support small business. You really get that “family” touch.”
