This is the slowest pharmacy I've ever used. It is systemic, not just a one time occurrence. And the drive through is awful. Cars sitting at the window for 30+ minutes is unacceptable. Maybe tell them to loop around?

Slowest service. If you want to pick up your meds, make sure u have an hour to spare ..

Very nice people but always a really long wait at pharmacy. Waited 30 minutes to pick up refill inside store. We finally moved to Walgreens across Springfield Ave.

Not the closest CVS to me, but parking is great and there are other good shoppes in the mall area here. Pharmacy is good, however one particular Senior Pharmacist should treat the staff better. Special thanks to Associate Maria, who is always helpful and kind with a beautiful smile. Thank you!

This is our local CVS, so we shop here often. Tonight, there were a few unruly teenagers in the store. One of them thought it was funny to stare me down while wearing a Halloween mask. I told one of the store associates, and he went and got the teenager to come back inside and apologize. I appreciate it so much, and I doubt those teenagers will be misbehaving at this particular store again. I'm sorry I didn't catch the associate's name.

I got a call from the CVS computer for a prescription pickup three weeks after the due date. When I stopped by the pharmacy, after getting a confirmation that order would be ready again by their computer system, I visited the store. The pharmacist says the prescription is still on back order. I was told to find another pharmacy. That is exactly what I am doing, taking all future business elsewhere including all my family prescriptions.

CVS is the mother of all pharmacies. They care. I Have been using CVS for 17 yrs now. I mean one thing I do notice ,that saying where no matter what state you live in, CVS /WALGREENS, are all the same they treat you the same no matter where you live this is not true because the reason I know this is because for example here I have noticed that certain companies are judgemental because you are taking a certain medicine then others will pretty much give you the keys to the back of the pharmacy to get your own prescriptions. (That is a figure of speech for those who may not understand) but I think some will definitely relate to what I am saying. Like I go to the doctor and you are the pharmacy so let's try to remember that. But you should never judge someone because they are taking an anti depressant or sleeping medication. If memory serves Jesus is the only one who has ever walked on ?

Above average of the dozens of CVS locations in the area. Easy parking, decently laid out store, and you generally (!) can find a staff member to assist you while shopping.
