Kyle was super helpful (as always). Scheduled an appointment over the phone, brought the car in, and got it back in just a couple of hours (well before the estimated time). Would be great to have an online scheduling tool, and the parking lot is a bit smaller (less spots) for the inflow that the Firestone typically sees. Minor issues. Really great experience overall.

The service manager, Kyle, kept me informed and updated throughout the service process. He thought they would finish around 1:00 pm but he called me around noon to say they were done. Great job. Thanks to all involved. /Marshall

I pulled a wire out of my tire which caused a slow leak. The next morning, I took the car to Firestone at 7 am and asked if they could fix the leak and could I wait for the service. They said I could. In less than an hour, my name was called and I could drive home. It was a great relief to me and the cost was only $20. My wife and I rely on Firstone service for both our cars.

Kyle and the entire team at Firestone Berkeley Heights are knowledgeable, accommodating, and very professional. Whether we're there for scheduled maintenance or for something unexpected, their work has always been quick and fairly priced compared to the dealership, one of the main reasons we come back over and over.

Came in to have a nail pulled out and my tire repaired. Kyle called me ahead of time to let me know the time appointment may run longer than expected, which I appreciated. When I arrived and checked in, we discussed a few potential options and it turned out I was out sooner than expected. Great customer service! Will definitely come here again!
