I will never purchase an iPhone again without AppleCare and highly advise not to!
In April (a couple of months ago), the back of my iPhone 14 ProMax shattered and I trusted this business to fix my phone, was told that it would be ready by 5pm the same day I dropped it off, went straight there after work (got there a little after 5pm) my phone still was not done. As I was in the shop waiting, while Andrea was still struggling to remove the shattered back glass, smoke started to burst into the air and smelt a strong scent of my phone burning and a loud noise of burning (like frying) was heard. As I was in shock, Andrea stepped out and told me to step out as well; the fire alarm was going off. Long story short, my phone burned, the phone was totaled (had no function after that).
This was truly a very scary experience, and it was very hurtful that Andrea and management (I think his name is Alex, if I am not mistaken) had no answers. I was given a courtesy phone which I was grateful for, but it was the 14 Plus (which is less than the 14 pro max), and the manager refused to make any other accommodation.

Excellent service!!! I drove over my iPhone and Andrea fixed it beautifully!!! No faults at all. And she’s nice to talk to..visit I fix your cell in Berkeley Heights for everything cell, laptops and gaming consoles! They don’t disappoint!!!
