What can I say about Nelly Santiago! There’s not enough words or statements of kindness that I could use to describe her, but I’ll say this. She’s a true professional and an absolute asset to this office and a true friend. She is absolutely on top of the game And is always there to answer my questions and concerns with absolute honesty and accuracy. I can’t thank her enough for all that she has done for me. Ms Cathty is the best. When I called upset from cause I was miss inform with info on my policy and my documents. She was very understanding respectful. She gave me the correct info and the details on what I needed to do and stay on the phone and seen me through. Over all She went beyond I'm greatful for her.

I just had a wonderful, heartfelt conversation with Marianela Santiago. She was very helpful with updating my policy on my home and offering information on a bundle on home and car insurance to save me money! She even offered information about life insurance for long term protection. It was wonderful to have a conversation with an actual employee that cared for me as a person. I have been with Allstate (Berkeley Heights) for 20+ years and have always received outstanding service throughout all these years. Unfortunately, certain members of my family had multiple accidents, but each accident got attended to very promptly and very professionally. I would like to mention my specific Allstate agent by name, Nelly Santiago, who is an outstanding agent, attends to all my requests and matters very timeously and with a great amount of courtesy and personal touch. Terrible experience with this agency, they quoted me wrong for home insurance, after paying it and pre-loading ourselves with the error that the advisor made, I requested a refund of my money, the advisor said that the refund would take 5 days after the time he said it would take 10 days, 60 days have passed and I have not received my money, I sent mail and they have been ignored, terrible quality of service, please return my money

In the midst of a post (hit by a truck crossing a street 2 years ago) accident; no fault coverage is covering all medical appointments, surgeries and therapies. With nuances of how to get the medical section of Allstate to cover things, the assigned case manager has been extremely helpful.

If you ever had a bad experience with an insurance company, please go and choose Allstate Insurance from Berkeley Heights. Their representative Oscar Diaz has been such a blessing. He is very reliable kind, communicative, and goes above and beyond to do the best job. My last insurance was horrible and Oscar has been amazing so if you had an experience like mine change your insurance like I did. You won't regret it you would save money.
