They don’t answer the phones at this branch. After 5 minutes of ringing, ringing, ringing your call gets dropped. Did this three times. Maybe it was too close to closing time to answer. Sure miss Commerce bank.

If your looking for good customer service this is not the place ! Usually only one teller no matter how many people in line. Funny thing is, there's usually 4-5 other employees sitting at their desks doing nothing ! You might be better off joining one of the Credit Unions in the area.

Consistently slow service over many years and many different employees. Something is wrong with this branch of TD. Simple checking deposits take 5-15 minutes. I filled out surveys initiated by TD and nothing seems to get done to improve their processes. It is very frustrating.

I was one step away from closing all my accounts and parting with TDBank after store manager of this local branch (at 331 Springfield Avenue), Naveed Sayed, mishandled my issue. The transaction I had initiated from this branch was twofold, i.e. wire transfer and providing customer information to the recipient bank. While one side of the transaction was completed timely and wit no issues, the request for additional information seemed to be lost with intermediary banks and open on the recipient side. For two month the manager made me believe that the investigation was on the way, while later I learned that it was never initiated. As a result, I had no option but to try and reach out to TD Corporate bypassing TD call center as they kept referring me to the local branch, and only at that level I got attention and was able to clear the transaction in 4 days. I should say I received a great service at corporate level but would definitely stay away from this Berkley Hights branch.

This is probably one of the most incompetent branches, very slow, don't know their policies, make up "new policies" on the go, refuse to give print outs or written copies of those, back pedal explanations, etc.. The organization as a bank is very good, but this branch really needs training and better management

We received terrible customer service at TD Bank in Berkeley Heights, NJ - branch 884. Florita Lobiondo gave my husband a counterfeit $100 during a recent withdrawal. The "investigation" resulted in the manager Naveed Syed telling my husband he "didn't want to talk about it anymore" and that they wouldn't take responsibility for it. Don't have your money at TD Bank if you want to keep it.

They have stand there for 10 minutes rather than just tell you they are having computer issues. No common sense or courtesy.

Will never go there or bank with TD again the manager is beyond rude. They are so slow. I am so upset about how she treated me that I'm actually pulling all money and closing my accounts. Absolutely disgusted.

Extremely rude! The manager himself was very nice but unfortunately his staff is not trained properly and obviously do not want to work! I walked in June 1st, after the state wide mask lift mandate. I did not have a mask on and waited 15 plus minutes in line ( that for one is ridiculous) no one said a word to me. When it was my turn the lady said she would not attend to be because I did not have a mask. I offered to show her my vaccination card because I honestly just did not have a mask. Instead of offering me one she walked away hand in the air and said again I repeat will not help you! There has to be a time when this will stop!

Why every time I come to this branch are they beyond slow in drive thru. Been sitting in car for 20 minutes behind 1 car infront of me. Go to summit or New providence much better service by the time u drive there and back u will be done faster than coming here

Had the worst experience here. Bank tellers are rude and not smart. Had to close my bank account since I didn’t trust them. Please take your business to one of the many other banks in this town!!!
