Unless you have an hour to kill the pharmacy is ridiculously slow and unorganized. I will never give my business to a CVS but I wonder! The check out guy up front was insanely pleasant. They didn't carry a tide stick or any form or spot or stain remover; very odd. Do better!

I have been filling prescriptions at this location for many years. While I was never really satisfied with the service, long lines, errors in the amount of months filled for my prescription, I stuck with them as they are local. However, when I recently found my prescription was filled under another patients name and a different doctor, I had enough! The anxiety this caused me thinking I have been taking the wrong prescription for a month was off the charts. Never again will I use this pharmacy. I will be taking my business to the local CVS.

While not my regular Walgreens I've found the layout better (not so claustrophobic), the aisles better maintained, and the staff friendly and capable. I asked a staffer for help in locating an item, she couldn't find it either, but she went the extra mile to ask a manager-who found it. Can't ask for better than that!

Pharmacist gave me the wrong medicine, told me to bring it back and then did not give any medicine nor any money back.

I am grateful for very kind pharmacy techs. Although, there was a slight mixup, the pharmacist went out of her way to bring me my medicine. Truthfully, it might have saved me from a visit to the ER. During these stressful times, it is wonderful to know that there are compassionate and kind employees at Walgreens. I can only say thank you and God Bless you all in the New Year. I sent a roll of 35 mm film to be developed with the photo department. They told me to come into the store a week and a day from then to come pick up the photos. I came in on that date, and it wasn't ready. They suggested I call ahead so I wouldn't have to drive all the way there for nothing again. The next day, I tried calling, and I was hung up on once, put on hold for 20 minutes, and then redirected to pharmacy, not the photo department. They never picked up my call. The next day, I went in, and it still wasn't ready. The manager told me I should be patient, these things take a week-- and I told him it was sent in over a week ago.

Unless you have a considerable amount of time to kill, don't choose the drive through. I sat in line for a half hour, during which time they took care of two cars and I was still 4 cars back. Unacceptable. If they can't take care of someone in short order, then they need to ask the customer to come back at a later time so to move the line. I ultimately parked and walked inside where there was just two in line and although I still waited a while, I didn't have to burn gas or have to sit in a hot car (if I tuned engine off). A very inefficient pharmacy.

Please let Senior Citizens purchase from your drive through. Ours needs private personal items and we are having a hard time stopping her from going in person and it’s too dangerous. She was told prescriptions only and she is freaking out.

I've been going to this store since it opened a long time ago. Has completely gone downhill since the last few years. The best part of my trip is seeing mark. He always asks how I'm doing and how the kids are. Even my husband gets excited to see him on our weekly trips. I was totally caught off guard when he told me he wasn't supervisor. He works so hard. I would love to see him move up. Also Michael is the best around. Always happy when he greets me.

I have never seen better service at any other pharmacy. The staff is so pleasant and friendly. Eager to help, proactively asking customers if they can help them find anything and working with a smile the whole time. Clearly they are a unique and wonderful staff probably led by a great manager. I rarely write reviews but was so impressed by the experience, which was so different from the typical retail pharmacy experience.

This Walgreens is just too busy. I had an unfortunate incident occur when one of my prescriptions was mixed with a medication I do not take. Although the pills looked similar they were wrong. I don't know how many of the incorrect ones I took before I realized an error was made. Also the days I took the wrong medication meant that I did not take the one I need daily. The pharmacists are always so swamped with prescriptions and there is usually a wait for pickup. I really blame Walgreen's corporate for not staffing properly. Their response was that I should be grateful that I did not become seriously ill or die. Not kidding. They also called my doctor's office without my permission or knowledge to discuss my medical condition. Yikes. I agree with other reviewers that the staff is friendly and the store is usually stocked well, (unlike other Walgreen's) but the pharmacy department is just simply overwhelmed.
