My wife and I both spent about 1.5 hours with Luisa having our iPhones upgraded. Despite that she was frequently interrupted by other folks coming in with a phone issue, as well as an occasional phone call, she spent all the time needed to complete the process and explain her work in detail; answering all of our questions. Since she was working alone on such a busy mid-day, my only suggestion to mgt might be to have someone ?? on call to help out when things get too busy for a single person to manage --- however competent that (Luisa) person might be.

I never look forward to any experience involving getting a new phone, especially an emergency replacement. The store manager, Luisa, is so damn good I look forward to going back.

Recently upgraded 3 lines. My customer service technician LIV was the absolute best! She was patient and answered all of my MANY questions. She deserves a raise! I'm looking at you AT&T.

Steer clear of this store as they will add services to your bill that you did not authorize. Then after you've been charged for them they will claim they can't adjust it and you need to call AT&T customer service. AT&T customer service directly acknowledged that this store's behavior was inappropriate and cost me extra money.

The young man was very professional. He was working alone and juggled three customers basically at the same time all in which were not necessarily a quick in and out case. He was informative and exhausted all possibilities to help the situation I was in.
