Another needed a battery and was advised on which one to buy; it was then tested and installed, making everything flawless. The staff also informed a customer about an existing warranty. A different customer needed windshield wiper blades and found the manager more than helpful in choosing the proper set and then installing them right in the parking lot. Though a national chain, the store provides what feels like home town service, with employees who take great care of customers. Many highly recommend this location.

I had an issue with the wiper blades that were sold to me. Sam, the manager, was extremely helpful in issuing my refund and getting the correct wiper blades and installing them before a snowstorm!
