I haven’t moved my stuff in yet but the people are very helpful! I called and Mona answered all my questions and was very patient, kind and professional. The site manager Michael followed up with a call to introduce himself and see if I had any other questions. So far so good!!!

I'm so happy I chose Extra Space Storage located in Bayville Nj , it's a very clean and well-maintained place. Michael in particular was very attentive, friendly, and polite, always willing to help me. A highly recommended and convenient place.

absolutely HORRIBLE. my entire unit got mold, THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS worth of things destroyed… I contacted insurance which i paid for monthly and what do you know? They don’t cover mold…. READ THE FINE PRINT. THIS PLACE SUCKS.
