Been having bad luck finding a good nail salon in the Bayville area. I tried maxi nails and was disappointed. Spent $90 on a gel mani and pedi, mani had 2 design fingers on each hand. I was completely rushed, the times on google were wrong, and the atmosphere is terrible. Everything was in shambles. She was on the phone the entire time. And she didn’t file my nails down under the acrylic so now they are all popping off. Really disappointed. Won’t be back. Don’t go

I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. By far the worst experience in a nail salon. I brought my daughter for her first nail session (just polish) before her birthday. The woman was rushing back and forth between 3 different clients, began painting my daughter's nails with someone else's filings all over her fingers. Strike 1. She paints my daughter's nails, and yes my daughter accidentally smudged one while walking to the dryer. Instead of just fixing the still wet nail, she told my daughter to dry it and then repainted over it. Strike 2. The divets and bare spots were super prominent. Then i noticed the other pink nails had bare spots in them from her rushing to get the nail painted. I asked for remover because I was not satisfied after 3 attempts of her repainting over the same screwed up nail. She proceeded to tell me she will remove it but she is still going to charge me. I was not going to pay for horrible service. You're a nail salon but you can't paint with normal nail polish? What?
She finally used acetone to remove the messed up nails and redid them. My daughter sat under the hand dryer for 7 cycles, which should have been way more than enough to dry her nails. The polish just was not drying. It was denting everytime i touched it to test. The polish must have been oId because that is not normal. I again insisted they remove it because we were there for 2 hours at this point for a simple polish!! Her husband removed the polish and I left without paying, as I stated I would not pay for the service as it was horrible and they removed it for themselves. They clearly saw the inadequate paint job. My sister, who was a separate paying customer, was getting her nails finished as this was happening. The nail tech proceeded to charge my sister for my daughter. When I found that out, I went back in to inquire why they would charge my sister for my daughter. The owner, flipped out like a mad man and said he is not giving my sister a refund. Like a total nut job. They told my sister I am crazy and too picky and that I don't understand.
I do understand. I understand that they suck at doing nails. Horrible. They are also filthy. My daughter took her hands out of the nail dryer station and they were pure chalky white. Their chairs are also covered in the same chalky substance.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place! I could do better at home!

Specialties: Zero specialty.
Cleanliness: Definitely not clean. Nail filings all over the chairs, drying station, couch, arm rests. At least clean after each client. That's just gross.

Terrible he's very rough constantly cutting the cuticles and then the girl takes over and rushes never asks if you want a design will not go back again.

Male worker needs to be fired completely neglected what I wanted told him I wanted Gel Nails he insisted on acrylics even though I told him no and he charged 80$ for my nails. Absolutely terrible experience short staff takes forever they don't abide by appointment times and their nails fall off they are cheaper for the average in the surrounding area but just remember you get what you pay for
