I like flagstar but this branch is absolutely horrible the old teller woman does not want to help extremely rude and the banker is not any better this place deserves its bad reviews

Not to Happy with the new hours of operations NO MORE Saturday's & no late nite if you want to consider Friday's til 5:00 if you were goin to remove the Saturday' should have atlease added Thursdays & Friday's to 6:00pm...love the staff tho there great & very helpful....

Moved accts into GSCB Spotswood from another local bank that started charging for NOT using my ATM/DEBIT card. No such thing here , no restrictions and services offered are better than most. Victoria and Kimberly were excellent. Great experience ... good old fashion neighborhood banking with lots of branches in the area!
