My mom went into Public Storage in Bayville looking to purchase a box and Vikki went above and beyond to help her. She just had surgery on her hand and is still limited in what she’s able to do, Vikki took care of everything - down to taping up the package. She left and called me so grateful for the service and assistance. Thanks Vikki - outstanding!

So I stopped at this location after checking out another storage facility in the area and the manager Traci was so kind an she answered my questions quickly with ease. She was also able to help me decide on the proper size unit, which is amazing because I don’t want to spend extra on space I don’t need. Thank you again Traci! Keep up the great work!
