The pharmacy staff is absolutely amazing!!! I'm there at least once a week for the past 7 years and never had a problem with them. When my father and mother were severely sick, the staff helped me with any questions about the new medications and were always there for me. Truly a blessing

Employees watching my family and I like we are about to rob the store, ridiculous they would not take their eyes off of us it was so uncomfortable.

I walked in and immediately asked if they kept their formula behind the counter or in the aisle - I do this because CVS keeps theirs behind the counter so I wanted to check before going to search the aisles. The girl at the desk was so annoyed that she had to look up from her phone and with a nasty attitude said um no. I walked back to find that my brand of formula was not on the shelf. Just in case they had more in back stock I asked if they had any formula in back stock and I couldn’t even finish my sentence when she glared at me and a gentlemen named Nick said no what you see is what we have and she said yeah thanks Nick for answering that…she was clearly annoyed I was asking her another question and what to her were all dumb questions which is why I imagine this Nick intervened. I was there on 12/16 at 4:30pm so please check to see who was working at the front with a Nick so that you can teach her some customer service. I am really hoping that a manager or GM sees this review because I left their so upset that a person would talk to anyone the way she talked to me. I see my countless other reviews that this Bayville location is notorious for bad customer service and that is really a shame that management continues to let it happen. You should really take these reviews seriously have talks with your employees because if I get talked to rudely for asking a simple question, I wonder how they handle conflict resolution for others.

Do not go to the rite aid pharmacy.A rude male employee who doesn’t help and is disrespectful. Stay away from Rite Aid in Bayville. He talked to me and told me everything was being done in their care to help care for a prescription I need and they didn’t do anything. The pharmacy doesn’t care about your health.

Made an appointment for my daughter to get her flu shot so she can attend school full day. We’ve all been getting our flu shots and all of our kids there for years. My daughter was NOT crying NOT throwing a fit. She literally walked up to the person who would’ve been giving her the vaccination and said “Hi I’m ______”. We were denied because “I don’t feel comfortable giving it to her”. I’m her parent I don’t care your views. This is my child and she needs this for school. The other rep in the pharmacy was supporting her. Guess parents can’t make decisions for their kids any longer. Super unprofessional and I’m awaiting a call back from the pharmacy manager and district pharmacy manager.

RITE AID ROUTE 9 BAYVILLE NJI drove to the store's drive thru at 3:10pm to pick up several scripts but someone put cardboard across the window on the inside. Keep in mind it is pouring outside and I am handicapped and having an operation scheduled in 5 days. I ring the bell twice but no one from the pharmacy responds. I then call the pharmacy, phone rings several times and then put on hold. After 8 minutes I hang up and call again.The phone is answered by counter help, and I am told they shut down the drive thru so they could catch up filling scripts. I explained I was handicapped, and I was told I have to come back another time. I asked for the pharmacist and he doesn't have a clue and stated he never told his help to close the drive thru.I eventually got my scripts but in my opinion, it is obvious the pharmacist does not run the pharmacy, the hourly help does and there is no doubt in my mind that senior citizens or handicapped people are second rate citizens in the eyes of Rite Aid. Find another pharmacy like, ShopRite, Walgreens of CVS That are less than a minute away and you are treated and respected the way a customer should be treated.

Pharmacy just closes whenever they feel like it. They have signs up that they are closed from 1:30-2 for lunch but now at 2:07 they are closed for the whole day. Absolute disgrace.Edit: no you don't understand, the pharmacist was not late back from lunch they closed the pharmacy for the whole day when someone was clearly in there.

This is my absolute favorite Pharmacy! I have been going to this Rite Aid for over 10 years. The Bayville NJ Rite Aid has friendly associates/staff and Pharmacists that care about your health. They always show compassion and empathy to their customers. They greet you with a smile and ask you how you are doing. When the Pharmacist knows you are feeling sick, they make your prescription a priority. Moreover, they make sure you understand your medications and do not have any questions for the Pharmacist. The pharmacy is always very clean and neat. I would like to thank the Bayville Rite Aid Pharmacy staff for taking care of my daughter Melissa and I for the past 10 years. A special thanks to the Pharmacist Chris and the rest of the staff George, Angie and Donna.

The store is always clean. Horrible selection of electronics, the shelves were empty. Going n xt door to Walgreens. Sorry Rite Aid, please do better.

I was looking for a product for a family member (my dog) who had recently had serious surgery. The pharmacist and two other helpful women all came to my assistance. The item was unavailable in their store, but they went the extra mile and found out where I could get it, and luckily I was able to do so. I was really touched that they were so caring and helpful, and very grateful for their help. They made my day!
