5-Star Review for Advance Auto Parts in West Berlin NJ
I went to this berlin store 5/28 because the battery of my Ford Ranger went dead since I was away for 20 some days not driving it. The diagnosis showed the battery and alternator were bad.
I purchased the battery from this store last October with a 3-year warranty. The store manager Jordon agreed to replace the battery without charge despite the battery damage might cause by the alternator. A clerk first replacing a new battery but didn't work. Jordon himself, under the cold and drizzle weather, replaced a 2nd, then 3rd battery and finally able to start my truck.
Jordon was very patient and professional courteous. He explained in detail how alternator may damage the battery. I was impressed and respect his management and leadership skill. He was not only good with customers, but also kind to his clerk, keep saying the clerk didn't do anything wrong. I left this store with a warm and comfortable feeling.
I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of auto parts. You get a 5-stars service!!!

FIRST TIME at Advanced Auto. New Battery. Price was competitive, CS was real good, considering He was all alone, an Everyones Batteries were dying ( cold snap) All went well 👍

I recently went here to recycle oil and buy parts for a couple of vehicles, but unfortunately, I had a very negative experience. One of the drivers was incredibly rude, accusing me of blocking multiple spots even though I was parked within the lines of one spot, as marked on the ground. When I pointed this out, he told me that they don’t follow what’s on the ground. His attitude was unnecessarily harsh and unprofessional, making me feel unwelcome and disrespected. I ended up leaving without making any purchases and will not be returning. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for courteous or respectful service.

My mom and I recently had a fantastic experience at the Advance Auto Parts store in West Berlin, and we could not be more pleased! As soon as we walked in, we were impressed by the layout of the store. It was clean, organized, and easy to navigate, making it simple to find exactly what we needed.
What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service we received from Eddie. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, ready to assist at a moment's notice. Eddie, in particular, went above and beyond to help us and made sure our needs were met. Not only did he guide us to the right products for our vehicles, but he also offered to install the batteries into our key fobs right then and there. His willingness to help made a potentially frustrating task so much easier, and we really appreciated his expertise.
Our interaction with the him was nothing short of awesome. It felt like he genuinely cared about our experience and wanted to ensure we left satisfied. Overall, We walked away feeling extremely happy with our visit, and my mom and I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of auto parts.
Kudos to the team for an outstanding job—I'll definitely be returning!⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was looking for a replacement nozzle for my Air Compressor to fill 2 tires that went flat on my car. I traveled all over and could not find one. Then while taking care of some business in South Jersey I found a auto parts store that happened to have one on the shelf. Now I have my compressor back in service and it's amazing how something small and very hard to locate can end up on the shelf of a auto parts store
