Really easy to deal with. Just FYI, while they gave me the highest cash offer out of anyone, sight unseen, they do charge an administrative fee of 150.00 dollars. But, they were the highest paying offer.
They can pick up the car or you can drive it there. They don't charge for pick up. Idk if they do if your a little further away. We have ours in the neighborhood.
They are a division of Auto Lenders so you might be able to take your car to a autolenders.

I sold my Car to Algo aka Algonation, Autolenders. They verified payoff with my lender. And Right before they sent payment to my lender, they called again for another payoff. After, I had already made my last payment, causing an under payment. Totally different amount, signed and agreed. Causing me to now have too wait for a check from Algo not my lender. The customer service team, has been very unhelpful in this process, not providing me any updates, as to when I shall receive my equity payment. I guess they do this alot. I'm very disappointed that now I have to wait 14 or more bussiness days. I noticed this mistake 4 days after payment. They never reached out to me. Algo caused this. They should've never called to make a different payment amount once it was already verified. And Algo should've expedited my refund check, once it was brought to their attention. Title, Car in their possession. All I get from Customer Service is "when accounting mails it you should have it." I wish it was your money. So easy for people to just say thing's, but harder to go the extra mile. Horrible experience. Going on a month dealing with this ordeal. Still no refund check. This should've been automatically done!!! Not me having to call exc is my point. Very frustrating situation. Please do the right thing and mail or overnight my check like you do when you bought my car.

I'm glad I decided to do business with them. When the time comes, there's a a good chance I'll look them up first before trading to a dealership

Had a great experience with this company. Process was very easy. They quoted me over the phone and stuck to their offer to the penny. All I had to do was send pics and drivers license info, they did the rest. Absolutely 100% recommend them.
