These folks are incredible. They out together a gorgeous arrangement, delivered it in a ridiculously tight (and tiny) time frame, and answered my questions with such thoughtfulness and care...even when I called the wrong location. Incredible on every level!!

Ordered flowers online to be delivered same-day. They arrived as scheduled, and the shop sent confirmation emails to me. The recipient said the flowers and vase were both stunning. Very reasonable prices and beautiful selections. I am super happy with my experience, highly recommend!

Since my family was not prepared for a viewing of my dear uncle, who passed, I searched and called Berlin blossom shop and ordered a fruit basket. They went out of their way to make one for me. My aunt called to thank me for the most beautiful basket. I called blossom to thank them myself, I wanted to pass this on. It actually cheered her up.

Flowers looked great the issue was the delivery date being wrong and the address was incorrect when I checked my end the email confirmation was correct.

I ordered flowers for a funeral and used Blossom Today which farmed out my order to Berlin Blossom. I ordered it with a sash that says Beloved Uncle. The night before the funeral I was receiving and setting up flowers. The size was not what was picture online but it is was still pretty. There was NO sash, I called and they told first they do not do a sash like pictured it is a bow. Then told me the driver realized she forgot the bow when she was already on the way and did not come back for it. I asked if they could bring one and they told me they were closing for the day and they would put it in a mailbox for me. I was 30 minutes away. At first I said ok but when I went back in another local florist was delivering and saw my disappointment, he offered to go make me one for free. I called Berlin blossom back and told them this was unacceptable and they stated that they would refund some money. I have not seen a refund yet. I am very disappointed that when I am putting a family member to rest that this is what I had to worry about. The sash was the most important part.

Nothing but disappointing. It's Valentines Day, and despite paying extra for delivery to be guaranteed today- they did not provide the service they so happily took extra money for. The business number that my boyfriend called multiple times throughout the day to ensure delivery would be secured was busy with no option to speak or contact anyone. No phone call, no notice, no messages, no way to know what happened. They charged his card and did not provide service. It is so sad that a family owned business would stoop this low. Do your self the favor and DO NOT trust them with your money, especially on a high volume day like today. Go elsewhere!!!!

Called around to three other area florists before I stumbled upon this shop. The folks here were friendly and accommodating and were able to put together a lovely same-day bouquet that matched what I was looking for. I'd gladly send more business their way!

I have been dealing with this florist for years in ordering flowers for my family's gravesite. Called them today and found out that they changed ownership recently. Their current staff are rude, abrupt, and lacking in any basic knowledge of their own business. Was repeatedly put on hold for lengthy periods because their staff could not answer simple questions. Was disconnected and they did not call me back. The words please and thank you are unknown to their staff. They have absolutely nothing in stock. They refused to make a grave blanket for my family's grave. They did not even have Christmas wreaths, even though we are only a month away from Christmas.. They had no silk flowers in stock. Would avoid this business like the plague. Really sad because they used to be an excellent florist and I used them for many years.
