I Wouldn’t recommend this location. You can never reach an associate at this location. I visited 3 different times and the out to lunch sign was displayed. On my 3rd visit I finally caught the Mgr. “Mike” who gave a very short and rude attitude the moment I walked in.

Talk about phenomenal !! Mike Guido is extremely knowledgeable & even more helpful. He does a great job at returning any calls & in a prompt manner. If I were a company owner, he is someone I would hire! Thank you, Mike G, for always being there !!!!!

Horrible management. Horrible units that leak water constantly. I’ve never met a more unaccommodating, rude employee in my life when trying to deal with an issue. I would recommend a soggy cardboard box to store your important belongings over this place!

Very disappointed with the experience here. After experiencing water damage in a prime storage unit, the office was impossible to reach by phone. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue with management, despite the inconvenience, realized it would be easier to switch facilities to one that was cheaper and had more reliable customer support altogether. After reading other reviews on the website, I realized many people reported the same exact problem. Hoping to help others avoid the same.

Raised rates multiple times over 2 years. Impossible to get a hold of anyone in the office. Finally moved everything to another facility that’s actually climate controlled and half the price for the same size unit.

This is not the place for you! Units have water issues and manager does not care about customers once he has their money! General Manager would rather kick you while you’re down than offer a hand. I hope the leadership and district manager can do better.
