“Great place, great customer service, quick fast and easy! I've rented two cars from them and both times the cars were clean and ready to go! The employees at the Williamstown location are very professional! Definitely my go-to place for a car rental!”

“Gabby was amazing helping me with my claim process. I arrived early and her and the team went above and beyond to get my car early from a different location and ended up being a brand new Rav 4! Awesome experience maybe I can pick something up for a roadtrip one day.”

“Absolutely love being able to drive one of my dream cars again. Customer service booked me for a Mustang but they didn’t have it and compensated me with an upgrade. I highly recommend Devin and his crew to anyone in the area. GIVE DEVIN STEELE A RAISE or a bonus.”
“Medford NJ and Roanoke VA offices were extremely helpful. Because of Dustin, Matt and the staff at the Williamson Rd. Roanoke VA office because of these guys I will use Enterprise again and I will tell everyone to look for these guys.”
“Not every site is the same but this specific location of Enterprise is the only rental company who CONSISTENTLY provides excellent service and clean rental vehicles. I say this because I have been renting vehicles for over 10 years now many states different companies. Eric, Mauri and Kevin helped me during my last 2 visits and wow they are an amazing team. They call me during appropriate times and always display professionalism. They answer all my questions have a positive attitude and make me feel comfortable every time I walk in. I am renting again from them and I feel safe and at easy knowing they will help take care of all of my rental vehicle needs. I would recommend them to my own grandma and she's tough to please. They deserve recognition for the amazing services they are providing and I hope they know that I am appreciative of it. I work hard for my money and for my personal time, the last thing I want is headaches getting a rental and I can guarantee you won't find that here. Thanks a lot everyone!”

“I’m going to be honest. Hertz stole 1,209 dollars from yes. It took us four days calling non stop for help. But they did give us most of it back. We are waiting on the rest. I’m giving a five star to the amazing employees who helpedl us twice at this location. Please give these two a raise. They go through it for a not so great company.”
