Jesus God. The line for drive-thru prescription pickup is INSANE. It’s backed up so badly people can’t get out of their parking spaces at the front of the building. It’s ridiculous.

Terrible here. I drop off a prescription this morning, the boy tells me it will be ready at 12. I’m here at 12 and they tell me it going to be another 20 minutes . I’m furious because I’m in a lot of stomach pain and need my medicine. Mind you I told them I want it done asap as I’m waiting still for my prescriptions. Absolutely can’t stand this pharmacy or the workers here, they don’t care about you at all! Talk to your employees about how they speak to customers

I went to this location to spend my otc card. The cashier was very so kind to help me select items that were covered on my plan. I had a hard time walking. So I gave the store manager my shopping list and she grabbed the items off the shelf for me. She even took my bags out to the car for me. I appreciate all the great service. I will be coming back. Thank you Berlin.

This was my first experience going to the CVS, in Berlin. I'm a Rite Aid customer. I was amazed on how beautiful and well stocked the store was. The cashier was so kind to let me know. That the General Mills cereal was on sale. She got me an extra care card and saved me a lot of money. They were so nice, and so patient with me. This location, and management should be recognized for there amazing service. Ty.

Hands down the best CVS pharmacy I have ever used. Their communication is excellent. All of the staff are there to answer questions as well as help. They are incredibly efficient. I have used many different Cvs pharmacies over the year and Berlin is by far the best. It is almost hard to believe how much better they are than other CVS stores. whatever they are doing that is so much better should be implemented at other stores

Why does everyone in the pharmacy department take lunch at the same time. Rite Aid in Vineland NJ was my pharmacy until I moved to West Berlin NJ. The West Berlin location closed so my script we picked up by CVS…
I’ve never hear of a department not having staggered lunches. Closing the entire department is ridiculous.

I'm 3 weeks past cervical surgery, 2 laminectomies 2 rods and multiple screws. My Dr sent a script to be filled at a late date, it was never filled on that date and I finally called I was told it would be in on Wed or Thurs, I called Wed about 530 to see if it came in, I was told they didn't have and and couldn't get any, I was never notified of this. So here I sit with 5 pills left the day before a holiday dreading the pain that I know will come.

Why is it impossible to talk to a person on the phone? It’s probably because you don’t care about your customers. I will never use this pharmacy again.

This CVS phamacy has horrible customer service. The quantity of my prescription was wrong. Short by one which I didn't check because it was 6 pills. I figured if you work in a pharmacy you should be able to count to 6! Tried calling the pharmacy multiple times but all you get is voicemail after a ridiculous automated system. Still have not heard back.

Had 2 days left to pic up my rx, after waiting in line for 20 minutes they told me it had been returned to the shelf and couldn’t be refilled until the next day, the employees are lazy arrogant morons, I’ll will be going elsewhere

So all the RITE AID’s are closing and if you have prescriptions with a RITE AID, those prescriptions are being rerouted to CVS. CVS is taking major advantage of this. My prescription cost for one of my medications went from $6.70 bottle to over $70 a bottle with CVS. My prescription is a generic version of the pill. It’s never been over $70 a bottle. I called my doctor and they said they’ve been hearing that nonstop from their patients. CVS is over charging people to the 10th Power and is disgustingly greedy and unprofessional !! I will be going to Walmart Pharmacy from now on as per my doctor’s suggestion. I hope you loose a lot of customers CVS…
