They sold me a Chevy Cruze that has cost me more than I paid them in under three months. They spray painted the engine too to make it look like it was okay. The warranty they sell you too also barely covers anything. If you care about your money and being able to get around look right past this shop

Don’t buy from this dealership!! 100% scammers! Bought a vehicle from them and after 3 days the engine light came on! I believe the engine light been on n they turned it off!! Took it back n they r not trying to help with repairs!! Stay far away from them!! They didn’t even care!! All about the money!! I did buy a vehicle with you! It was purchased in my husbands name ! And I did come in and you were interested in helping me!! Only thing u said was sorry and referred me to your mechanic which I would have to pay out of pocket myself!! You’re right but don’t misrepresent what you’re selling!! Be upfront with your customers!!

Went to inquire about a vehicle on Saturday afternoon around 1pm. When I went inside & asked about a particular vehicle. Statement acquired by sales person was abruptly “IF YOU DON’T SEE IT THERE, IT WAS SOLD.” OK that is understandable, but the tone of voice was unnecessary. I really was there to purchase a vehicle. A good salesman would have tried to accommodate the customer by offering a similar vehicle. The way people represent themselves says a lot about the business, I really am sorry that I walked in there. Warning to all those who are interested in a vehicle at this dealer, “DO NOT GO INTO THIS LOCATION IN BERLIN.” Had no choice have to give 1 * to post ur rudeness. Really it’s a ZERO!

Bought a Jeep a few weeks ago from Diamond Auto. Price was fair, guys were good, made the deal easy and quick. They handled all the paperwork, and picked up the registration and plates about a week later.

No idea how they even sell cars. Went to ready to purchase a car, walked in their very small and dark office to a man just sitting on his laptop with very dark shades on who just looked at me no greeting whatsoever. Very short responses to my questions and seemed extremely bothered to help me

I purchased a 2011 GMC Terrain. The staff were kind and respectful. After purchasing, the check engine light came on for a bad catalytic converter. Once the owner found out about it yesterday he made arrangements for me to drop the car at his mechanic. They’re repairing it tomorrow under warranty. I’m hopeful for a successful experience with their mechanic. I’m thankful that Diamond Auto was willing to make this right. Thank you!!

I absolutely LOVE my Equinox that I purchased from here two weeks ago! The vehicle drives beautifully! I feel like I made a great decision in going here to purchase a vehicle! The car was sold to me at great price. Especially when the vehicle has everything that I wanted AWD, sunroof, remote start, heated leather seats, back up camera and navigation system ect… Definitely will recommend them to family and friends!! I actually have already recommended my little sister. She’ll be going there as soon as she can in the near future.
I read in another review where the person states that the vehicle they purchased had black oil when it was purchased. 1) why did you buy it then? 2) I doubt that was true. Because I checked the oil in the vehicle that I bought from Diamond Auto of Berlin before I even test drove it and the oil was clean and clear. You could tell that the oil had just been changed.
All in all it was a smooth transaction. Everything was done in a timely manner. I’m a happy customer! Thanks guys!
