Went to Berlin location month ago I’m not sure what the guys name was but he was rude a hell, I brought my 79 cutlass to get painted and first he just dumped on it and second refused to paint it the color I wanted which was factory Black. Now I know I would be paying more I did want a better paint job but wasn’t prepared for the horrible customer service, I did have many things painted thru the years which turned out great. But that was when it was the other owners. I will not be ever going to that location again

I can't yet speak for their work on MY vehicle, but Rob the manager was awesome to me for my estimate. I simply couldnt walk away from the place to go somewhere else. He made me feel THAT comfortable. He's going to be doing so much work on my car, the price is more than fair. I'll change this review after my car gets done. The work I saw when I was there, was great! I'll be calling this week to schedule my car.

I brought my vehicle in for a full paint job and some bodywork after an unfortunate fender bender. The results were nothing short of miraculous. The paint job was flawless, with a perfect color match that made my car look brand new. Avoid the Berlin Maaco at all costs! They are under new ownership and the workmanship and customer service is horrendous. There is dirt and debris under the paint job to the roof and hood of our vintage Crown Victoria. It is going to cost us as much or more to have the bodywork and paint job restored by another vendor. The manager, Rob Mathew was so rude and unprofessional that we called the police to file a report. They damaged our driver's seat and reveal molding around the front and back windshields. We have reported them to the Better Business Bureau, owner Rizwan Afzel and Maaco's franchise headquarters in North Carolina. We have also been in touch with other unsatisfied customers on this site to band together in the event of legal proceedings. If I did not have to work I would picket out front to warn others of this terrible establishment. Stay away!
