“Family owned and operated. Max & Jerry's has been at the Berlin Market since the beginning, the most senior store there. They even still have one of the original cash registers behind the counter, very cool. Good quality jeans, work clothing, shirts, and pants. Prices are good and fair, considering the grade material is top notch quality.

They had great communication, reasonable prices, and were even able to work with some folks that lived out of town.
Pickup and returns were super easy, and they even have the equipment and ability to do last minute alterations on-the-spot, which was really reassuring (and they didn’t even have to make any last-minute alterations!) They are the place to go if you want your groomsmen to look absolutely amazing.”

“I've never been to any sneaker or shoe store where the entire staff acknowledged you in the store. Whether you saw them first or they saw you, I was greeted with a smile and was never left alone waiting for someone to assist me. The store was clean and organized even during what seemed like a busy time of the day. This was my first time going to this location and based off of today's experience I will definitely check it out again. I just wish I could remember the womans name that assisted me today because she deserves some recognition! Not just because of how she helped me, also because of how she was with other customers and her fellow employees. “This is a review for the two lovely ladies who helped me on Saturday Feb.21. I needed help finding foundation for my 40th birthday dinner party just a few hours later that same day. There was another customer in front of me, but Tatiana made sure to acknowledge me and let me know she would be right with me. When she came over, she was so patient and encouraging as I shared I don’t wear makeup daily and needed lots of help. She gave me excellent tips and recommendations, then matched me to my shade in Sephora brand “best skin ever”. It looked great in store and perfect all night long. She was genuinely so excited for me on my milestone occasion and it was so appreciated.
While this encounter occurs, I then met my second Lady (funny enough, she is also named Tatiana, with the highlighted hair) who came over and smiled at my excitement. She saw my nail designs and asked about my dress for the evening. When I showed a picture, she said she had a product she wanted to show me. She came over with Fenty diamond bomb mentioning it would look great on my skin and OMG was she 100% correct! I loved it, it gave me a beautiful shimmer all night long that was soft and elegant. Both Tatianas did a fantastic job of making me feel recognized, appreciated and celebrated on my special day. I do not typically leave reviews, but I was so impressed and grateful for both ladies advice and kindness. 5 out of 5 stars is not enough to show how pleased I was and how deeply I appreciate their help. They both gave me great advice for my exact goals. Neither of these ladies were pushy and genuinely listened to me and made recommendations on what I needed and what would be best for me. THANK YOU so much!!”
“I loved this store. It was neat and Clean just like the J Crew stores. The selection was good. It had a mix of summer and fall merchandise. Most of the summer merch was on sale! I purchased T shirt dresses which are super comfy. The prices aren't really outlet prices but a bit cheaper than the regular store.”
“My parents came home from the outlets talking about an employee at Aeropostale, and after hearing how much she helped them, I felt like I had to leave a review.
They told me about Lindsey, the girl with the bright red hair. My parents mainly speak Spanish, and they were struggling to place an order. They said that if Lindsey hadn't been there, they probably would have had to leave without getting what they came for. She spoke to them in Spanish, explained everything, and made them feel comfortable the whole time. My parents couldn't stop talking about how kind and patient she was. They said she never made them feel rushed and was happy to help from start to finish.
It meant a lot to me to hear how well my parents were treated. Lindsey made what could have been a frustrating experience into a really positive one, and I hope she's recognized for the difference she makes. Thank you!”

“I’ve been shopping for Lucky jeans and Lucky T-shirts and Lucky clothes since I lived in Los Angeles when one of their first stores opened to this day. I still only wear lucky clothes. They are the best. Their genes have lasted 35 years so far for me, including their shirts. This store is amazing, the help is kind and they try to help you as best they can and better than any other place to shop there.”

“I really like this Jockey store, and the folks working there were super helpful on a visit a few months back. I ended up purchasing some new undergarments, all of which have held up so well so far and are clearly high quality, as well as a casual cotton long-sleeved shirt.I liked it so much that I actually bought it online in two other colors also. For $20, it's super cozy yet presentable, so you can go out in it or sleep in it.Prices are reasonable for the level of quality. I prefer the stuff I bought there better than my existing stash of undergarments, so I'm sure I'll return someday to replenish the stock as needed.”

Recently purchases an Amazing sport coat and the dress pants that were super comfortable, the in-house tailor makes sure everything had an impeccable fit. No need to go anywhere else they have it all!”
“Wow their customer service is fantastic! We had a shirt get delivered to the wrong house. I was panicked because I had already paid for it. I called the customer service line and by the grace of his, I got a guy named Terrance. I have never had a more genuine and happy to help person than this man! We had some great talks about life stuff and well as him successfully and genuine help and concern for the situation. Higher ups need to give him a raise because that man was amazing and I could see us being friends outside of this escapade ? if you need help with anything ask for Terrance ask for him because he was such a joy and so helpful! I will be emailing the company to put in a good word for him. Not only did he reconcile the issue but honored the free shipping we were offered and upgraded our delivery to a faster service. Terrance if you’re reading this from Seattle we gotta meet up thank you for all your energy and help!!”

Angelo asked me if I needed assistance finding anything, grabbed me the size pants I was reaching for, asked me if I needed a bag, grabbed one, and opened it so I could put my things in. Simple duties of customer service right? To me, those basic things ment the world. With how the world has been lately, kind customer service has been scarce. Thanks Angelo you made my day man.”
