Keyla is awesome!!!Came here in a crisis after breaking my phone and needing a new one asap. The beautiful Keyla hooked me up with a new phone and eased my stress over the situation. She was so professional and patient. Whatever she's getting paid now give her more. Keyla is very deserving of it. Will seek out this store in future when I need to hit a Metro.

Store boosts it opens at 10 am, two went at 11:30, no one there, no one answers the phone. Reason for our visit is my mother was sold a defective phone. Per Metro PC customer service it HAS to be the Berlin store to correct the issue! Ugh!

Kayla was very helpful! Showed up 15 minutes before closing and she helped us out even finishing after closing time. Great experience!

The idiot working today at 10 am sept 14th didn’t know how to do anything, how to transfer or cancel a line or anything. Didn’t even know how to contact customer service. Good thing I was able to find the number online myself to cancel my own phone plan so that I don’t have to deal with the idiot who work here anymore

Hours are wrong. Closed at 6 or earlier then it states. Currently 6pm store shows 7.

They say open 10-7. Was just there at 2:30 and nobody was there... It's a few days later and happened again! Brand-new phone not working again, black with Chinese writing in the corner of the phone. And again just went to this store at 4:45, they supposed close at 6. However, once again I drove all the way there, during store hours, to find a closed store. Absolutely infuriating

Don't wait time for redeem any thing from T Mobile...always send out. Or some time have it, but just 1 for person, no matter how many people in your line ...my family have 4 line and 2 internet line... but they just give me 1 Hat, that's why I don't take it.. . And will delete Tuesday T mobile app .

Charged me for a sim I never got.. shortly after, my account was hacked over and over using my phone SIM card - which I never actually got- and over $1,909 was taken from my accounts1 which no one will help me with.. despite passwords and pins.

Terrible customer service, very unprofessional, associate will try anything to scam the customer and not meet any of their needs. This facility needs to be shut down.

The worse experience of my entire life ! They will definitely help take your money but won’t assist you with anything else ! Then they play like they’re the manager. I can’t believe I spent an 1 hour of my life to get a problem resolved that they clearly caused and tried to blame me ! Diane or Diana and Mike were very unhelpful , unprofessional, and the worse part about customer service ! I don’t recommend this store to NO ONE ! When I was spending money every one was so helpful and nice . I dealt with attitudes and people who didn’t want to get my problem resolved until they figured out I wasn’t leaving until I get actual help. And I hope my problem is resolved because it seem half a*** just like the customer service . Also if I could give give zero stars I would coming from a customer service associate ?

The store associate was very polite and helpful. She didn't rush us even though there was quite a lot of people waiting and she was the only one working. We were able to find what we needed and add an extra line with no problem. Our visit was quick and easy.
