Useless rude staff. I called to inquire about a few shoes being in stock for an inmate and I originally was placed on hold only to be hung up on. So I called back was proceeded to be told I called the wrong number (which okay I didn’t know) but they would look up “two” items for me because they couldn’t tie up the computer.All they would have had to do was say I called the wrong number and provided me with the right number. It’s not that complicated. I told my loved one and he said he will just order from access or JL Marcus instead.

I came into this shop today looking around. I bought these from there . I asked the cashier where I can get a pair of them and she said let this gentleman know. I told him and he was kind enough to bring them to me. Great selection and I recommend this shoes store if you're in the area !

Had an issue with a product I purchased. I went in today with my issue the gentleman that I spoke to about it handled it very professionally took care of my issue with no questions. This store pangs my heart ... a deceased ex boyfriend got me sexy red high heels here a really long time ago. They're still in my closet. The shoe selection here is varied and priced nicely. Employees are nice and helpful too.I only window shopped today.

I go here every year and buy work boots this time of the year. I went there Sunday morning to get some boots. They were a little over 60.00. Long story short I was there for over 20 mins. I walked the store no one ever said can u help you with anything. I went to pay for the boots and I asked the lady does anyone work here because no one helped me with anything. She replied “yeah that guy right there is the owner”. He should be a little more people friendly. Second of all I have been buying boots my whole life and never have I ever received such poor quality boots. I’m not one to complain but these boot didn’t even last a week. It’s Thursday I’m halfway thru my workday and I have to stop working because these boots failed me. Falling apart all cracked up. I couldn’t even get 40 hours out these boots. Didn’t even get 30 hours out of them. All I’m doing is walking in the boots and they are just falling apart. Now I have to leave work and go buy another pair to wear tomorrow. I feel cheated and disrespected. Everyone keeps saying shop and support your local small business. We have been supporting mikes better shoes for the past 8 years. I can’t remember the last time I felt this let down.

I've been all over the tri-state area working. Always stop in booth shops for work this Hass to be the best place I've been in for the past 15 years or so. There's only one other place that can somewhat compete and it's in Reading. I've been in Ohio, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware New Jersey and Pennsylvania and this is my number one place for work boots. great prices and exceptional customer service!! They have work shoes with steel toes or slip resistant bottoms, vans, tims, slides and the custest infant shoes, water shoes, pretty much any kind of shoe in every color lol. But if you see something you like you have to get it right away cause they change the inventory every week. I would say the best time to go is thurs or friday cuz not only do you get first dibs cuz its not as busy they have discounts thos days and half off sales on name brands sneaks. My closet is full of shoes from the 10$ rack and my mans cant even be mad about it ??
