“I was stressed out about moving all on my own but thanks to John and Sons moving I didn’t have to worry no more! I want to start with the lady on the phone— she was so sweet and gave me all the confidence in the world that everything was going to be fine. And second I want to recognize the team of 4 guys that arrived and moved all my belongings with care and efficiency. Very professional and well prepared!!! And I will absolutely will be hiring again!
The only cons I had but will make sure to not do the same mistake again is that i did not report to the office the times that the movers arrived and left from each location. Movers called me that they were on their way at 9:17am but I got charged since 9am and on the way to my storage unit they took a wawa break of 30 min and still charged me even when I brought it to their attention. Overall i did paid an extra hour that wasn’t supposed to but i dont like making scenes but I know how to do better next time. Hope this helps!”
“Sinclair Movers are the VERY BEST!!! From the first phone call to the move they were and are professional and communicate every step. I moved my Mom from Florida, which was very stressful for her. Sinclair made the move seamless with their efficiency and everyone that works for them are great!! I want to especially thank Lewis who was the coordinator for my Mom's move in Florida and also in NJ. Every box and every piece of furniture was tagged and logged. “I wanted a pick up but unfortunately they did not have one. They did had a van which it was very clean and smooth to drive. The lady who helped me was very fast and professional. used it for what I needed and it worked better than if I had a pick up. Thank you again”
