“I recently bought a large, heavy (370lb) gun safe. After a failed attempted to get it up a flight of steps to our 2nd floor, I posted in our town page on Facebook looking for someone experienced in getting this moved. Within an hour or so Joe & Rob commented on my post looking for pictures and more details. I messaged them with all the info. They showed up within an hour (keep in mind its 7:15pm on a Sunday night). It took them 10 minutes to get the safe up the steps with no casualties! Very impressed. This is why you leave crap like this to the professionals. We will no longer be attempting things like this anymore. We appreciate you coming out so quick and taking time out of your weekend to do this! From now on we will be reaching out to Payless Moving. Thanks again guys!”
“We used Well Known Moving for moving my daughter’s one bedroom apartment from Baltimore to Philadelphia. They were excellent, from phone communication through the moving process. Alex and his team were very professional and took care in everything they did. A pleasure to work with, we would definitely recommend.”

“I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Nancy and this storage facility. Top notch service, secure/safe storage, well maintained property, great communication and very affordable/easy auto pay. Some of the nicest folks you'll ever meet, highly recommend for any large storage needs for boats, RVs etc”
“I cannot speak highly about this location. Another uhaul location in Wisconsin caused a chaotic situation for our move and the manager Heather at this location went above and beyond to help my family with the outcome. The compassion she showed and the patience her and her crew had for my husband and I as upset that I was from the fault of the other place was amazing. When I have to head back to NJ in a few months to get a large truck to move our stuff, I will be going through them. Thank you again, Heather. Your compassion did not go overlooked.”

“Service so far has been fantastic, between scheduling and managing the container. Mike was the one to drop it off for me to load at my origin. Was very friendly, communicative and was able to get the container in our driveway perfectly despite the road being slightly narrow. May need services in the future again as well and would return.”

“I have to say that Izzy was absolutely amazing and professional throughout our entire conversation on the phone with me and taking care of customers in the store. She was multitasking like a champ. Very communicative, attentive, helpful, and patient. If an option for 10 stars was available, every on is deserved.
Thanks, Izzy, and Berlin U-Haul for helping me through a chaotic move.
Highly recommend.”
