“Nobels is the best! I came in for a check engine light. I tested the code myself and it came back with a bad O2 sensor. Nobels tested and found a vacuum line disconnected. The mechanic plugged the line back in and reset the engine code. They could have changed the O2 sensor and charged me for that. Instead they were honest and told me what the real cause of the check engine light was. I also had the oil changed too. Completely recommend Nobels! Tony up front at the desk is awesome!”

“I had an excellent experience bringing my car here for the first time. I live in north Jersey and I was told that my serpentine belt was badly cracked and it needed repaired immediately when I brought my car to get new windshield wipers . I could not find a local mechanic with availability to fix my car asap, but I was going to be in the south Jersey area later that day to visit family. I called Lou’s Automotive Center and I was told to bring my car in whenever I could. I immediately could tell that Lou was an honest mechanic who only does what is necessary. My serpentine belt got fixed and my car was ready within 3-4 hours. I cannot say how much I appreciate a mechanic who I’ve never been to before so willingly having the time to fix my car on such short notice. Whenever I am in the area and need work done on my car I’ll be sure to take it to Lou’s!”

“Rt- 73, Voorhees, NJ (3rd time at this location): Went on a late morning Friday for oil change and tire rotation and was several cars back in line. Total time at shop was not fast but that was okay since I was not in a hurry (and I let them know that so they could prioritize other customers). I would not want to sacrifice quality and thoroughness for speed. Terrell L, Robert H, Jacob B, and Brett K did a great job, paid attention to every detail, and checked everything multiple times. They were all very professional and answered every question I had. They even took the time to clean off smudges introduced onto my black paint by the shop fender protectors.”
“The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They had no problem with letting me ship parts in from another supplier. They offered 0% financing, and let me choose the length of the term. They communicated well through the process of the repair and kept me informed of parts and labor. There are no surprises. I highly recommend integrity Automotive if you have any auto repair needs. If I have any further issues this is the first shop I am going to contact.”
“This was my first time going to Kellers Auto !!! First off, great customer service. Called them and they took my car right away. Something has been wrong with my car for over a year now. I’ve been to multiple mechanics trying to get it fixed. NO ONE could figure it out. I’ve spent so much money getting stuff fixed and still having this issue. Well Kellers auto knew what it was right away!! They fixed it so fast too. They even informed me that I needed new spark plugs, which I supposedly got over the summer somewhere else and they never did them!! So thank you so that information. It was a smooth and easy process. I will be going here for now on for sure! Thank you so so so much Brian for everything”
“Jiffy lube has now included some additional checks including light checks prior to performing your actual service. Rather than just telling you you need new filters such as air or cabin filters, they show you how dirty your existing ones are compared to what the new ones look like.
My experience at this particular location was okay, I wasn't offered to sit in the waiting area with my partner, and we decided to get out ourselves. The floor of the shop was oily with new oil which poses a danger even for the employees.
Other than that, employees were nice and informative and service speed is always fast”

“Great overall experience. They got me in a time slot that worked for me even though they were booked that day. Gus (advisor) and Nick (mechanic) were friendly and professional. I took in my daily car with close to 100k miles and was expecting a slew of additional recommended services but the checkout results didn't need anything else besides that standard oil change and rotation i got. They were honest folks and have a repeat customer in me.”
“Tasha was very sweet and helpful; I literally don’t know what I would’ve done without her help. She took her time with me and was very patient. She assisted with getting me parts for my car and finding a shop that does the internal work for transmission. “Customer service at the store was excellent. However, when I went today to get my car serviced it was 93 degrees out. There was no air conditioning in the customer lounge, or anywhere in the building. I appreciate the workers, they managed to get my vehicle in and out in under the time that they promised. They also were able to recommend a decent place to eat nearby so that I could sit in air conditioning while waiting.”
“Had my oil change today was really bad had sludge gross but I was told what happened and shown a picture for proof. Needed coolant which I didn't even know but it was reasonably priced. Everyone is so nice. I love going there they're amazing.”

I am rarely blown away by the response of owners/managers on negative reviews. The owners of this location and mainly the District Manager was PHENOMINAL. Within a few days of my initial post, I was speaking to the District Manager and he was remarkable, empathetic to my situation and instead of arguing with me, he listened and even provided areas of improvement for his location to implement.
I still may not be ready to visit this location, BUT I will definitely visit another Jiffy Lube location owned by this brand. Great job Team! way to retain customers in a world where people don't care about anything.”

“I have been going to Jiffy Lube for quite some time started going to support and help my martial arts brothers and family that owned several Jiffy Lubes however since they have sold them I still go to support them I know many of the workers and they are very very knowledgeable and very kind and friendly to me and I appreciate their efforts of doing a great job and the communications that we have when I'm there they are a great group I deeply respect them I recommend the Jiffy Lube on the Black Horse Pike in Turnersville in particular that is the one that I go to”
“I’ve typically come here but it was suddenly closed on a Sunday at 3 despite the hours listing that it was still open. A bit of a bummer so please at least put a sign.”

“I stopped coming here over a year ago because of the poor cleaning of the car interior. My car was bombarded by flying birds and needed to be washed. The interior was well cleaned and wiped down. I was very pleased with the job and plan to come back so I purchased a gift card. When finished, I was asked to check out my car and bring to their attention if anything was missed. I had no complaints and was pleased with the change in service.”
