We used Only The Best Builder last year to do a whole house window replacement. Their service was great. The estimator was out in a couple of days, the crew was friendly and skilled. They cleaned up after themselves each day before they left. I have had contractors before that left a huge mess. We were so impressed with the service that when we needed a exterior door replaced this summer that we called them back. I highly recommend this company.

The exterior of my home was replaced due to hail damage. The craftsmanship for the siding was superb, very professional. They used high quality materials.The company was expert in advocating for reimbursement with the insurance company.Ed McGhee from the rain gutter crew was excellent as well.Couldn't be more pleased!!!

In May and June of 2022 we had Only The Best Builder redo the wood trim, backboards, soffits, and fascia on our house with White Azek. We also got a new roof and 6” gutters and had some of the house structure that had rotted repaired. Only The Best Builder did very high quality work. They showed up in time early every morning and worked hard all day. I am a satisfied customer and highly recommended them. Chris

I think that they did an outstanding job. They were very clean, courteous professional, but when I complained that I had a leak I never heard from them again.I’ve sent photos I’ve left messages. I’ve left text and I also talk to you I guess it’s their secretary but nothingFew years of gone by now and I’ve gotten used to the leak. I’ve taken pictures but that’s all I can do. Only The Best Builder replaced all of our exterior wood trim with Versatex solid white vinyl trim, eliminating the need to repair and paint basically forever. This included soffits, facia and rake trim. New gleaming white gutters were then installed. We couldn't be happier with the workmanship and the pricing.

Sadly, we went from a very pleased client to a disappointed one. Two years ago we were very pleased with a roof repair. Fast forward two years, we were approached my Dean because he was concerned with his current clients roof status after a hail storm. Dean came out and told us we had severe damage to our roof and to file an insurance claim. He assured us he would work with insurance to make sure they cover the repairs. As soon as my insurance denied any damage to the roof, Dean was not responsive. I have reached out at least 8 times in 6 months. Sadly, I question the motives behind this…… now I have to look for a new contractor for any future work. I went from having all trust in this company to none;(Service: Roof repair

Very professional, considered, pleasant, honest, dependable service. Not only took the time to answer all my questions (and I had many) and concerns but presented me with different options I wasn't even aware of to make sure I truly understood what I'm getting as product and service. There was no guessing game as it is with other companies. The team was very polite, on time, organized, and very focused on their work AND all my landscaping was untouched (my many roses & other bushes). Left the place clean and neat (no nails around either). They treated my home as if they were working on theirs. I am very appreciative of how they treated me as a customer and my home from beginning to end of that stressful project. They are not a "fly by night roofers" like some of them are.
