I went to the Berlin store 958am I had a lot going on today the girl at the door didn’t even look at me , opened the door for a customer for grooming , I attempted to go in she said still not opened at this point it was 10, I left I will give my business to pet Value , you lost my business I was gonna spend a couple hundred dollars!!!! Not to mention rude

Old trainer needs to retire. He barely did any training just complained about how much he worked and spent the first half of each session looking at his binder and asking over and over who was there. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! He cancelled class without calling the dogs owners. Very unprofessional!! If I could give 0 stars I would!

I used to loved this store particularly West Berlin branch. But since yesterday's experience 8/26/23, I started to hate this store. I booked online for wash and haircut for my 15lbs dog for 62.00 dollars and when I picked up my dog after 1 1/2 hours, they charging me for 92.00 dollars. I asked why I have to pay that amount, if I only ordered for wash and haircut, and they had a lot of excuses that I may be accidentally hit the button to add deluxe shampoo and I strongly telling them that I didn't added it to my order. They said the system won't let them change the charge and I still ended paying 92.00 dollars. When I got home, I received an email receipt amounting for 62.00 dollars for wash and haircut. I went back to the store telling and showing them my e-receipt. They fix it and giving me a store credit, but because they pissed me off I demand to return the difference in my debit card. SHAME ON YOU! ARE YOU TRYING TO RIPP ME OFF? I left the store without an apology they caused me. I'm sorry to Petsmart management but they must straighten up their staff in West Berlin branch!!! Customer alert! Be careful before you pay.

My dad dropped my dog off with very specific instructions on how to cut his fur (mini Australian shepherd) and to not use the blow dryer because he hates it and stressed him out. He becomes slightly aggressive with the dryer. My dad reported upon pick up that they used the dryer and his behavior was off. My typically social dog (that is also a therapy dog) now was afraid of everyone including my husband and I. He moped, his under a bed and refused to be touched. I called this morning and they told me that never happened and were nasty. I don't even want to think about how they possibly treated my dog. Also, his fur looks like they have the shaver to a child and let them go at it. He looks super patchy and now I have to have him shaved just to make it look even. His nails were trimmed and we paid for that service. Not professional. I do not recommend.

Don’t recommend grooming service. Even when you call and make an appointment and repeat the dogs name it’s for, repeat it’s their first time there, and you’re told to bring their immunization records....you may get there and be told they made the appointment for your other pup and even though you’re asking for the same service to be performed, there’s suddenly not enough time to fit him in. Not sure how any of that makes any sense in any dimension of reality. The appointment was to be made for my mini dachshund not my 60lb hound. I will stick with the better location of Marlton. I e never had any bad experiences at the Marlton location. Worth the extra miles
