Dom is my “Guy” and I will hands down say that I’m glad I called him and came to see him! It’s not allowing me to post my honest review for some odd reason but my experience with this dealership is not fair at all it’s very unfair and they care about their money and image to other customers more then making customers happy which is terrible here’s two issues that has been wrong that they can’t seem to find everytime I take my car to the shops I’m over this car and place haven’t even had my car for 6 months only two in a half months and issues every months and they want me to come up with 2500 3 months later just to get a car reliable and convenient that I like which is ridiculous and now a code for P0420 and now my car is not starting at all at 10:38pm totally ridiculous & when I talked to Gladys She told me that I had to find an attorney due to my review I’ve posted in which nothing on here is a lie they don’t even want to fix my vehicle at all cause of me being honest like the first time I was only compensated for my first issue cause I changed my review for her I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone horrible service they are money hungry yall are lying saying that I wanted a vehicle with no money down when I have clear messages to you that I wanted to put money down yall are liars trying to make yalselfs sound good and only reason yall fixed the excel and all that as no money at all cause yall knew what was wrong with it already lets be real and let’s talk about my coolant bottle that’s been broke that I came to yall about any still didn’t hear nothing from yall cause the review I’ve posted yall lucky yall blocked me from posting my whole and real reviews cause I have times nd dates

MANY ISSUES, BUT THEY CAME THROUGH….So in my first 3 weeks of ownership, 3 major mechanical issues arose, the team did fix whatever was causing misfiring before I brought the car home, and then there was an engine light that kept turning on and off repeatedly saying there was an issue with the catalytic efficiency being below the threshold, and there was no air conditioning. The team at Precision and I had talked about these issues when I went and picked up my tags, and I was told to take it to a mechanic and then they would see what they could do. However, before that could happen, and before my three month ownership date, the water pump quit and the radiator would hold no fluid so I could not drive the car. After a few conversations with the team, it wasn’t looking so good for me because I had no more money to fix all of these major mechanical issues and they couldn’t remember all of the conversations we had had prior about the other issues.
But I’m happy to report, that in the end, Precision auto came through. Instead of me having my car towed to them ( I live an hour away), after I informed them it would cost me $470, day later told me they would pick up the car so I wouldn’t have to put out that money and then they would take a look at it.
It definitely took a while to get the car back, but in the end, my car is running, they fixed the water pump and air conditioning, and they did not charge me for either repair.
They also fixed a sensor on the car, which may have been causing the catalytic inefficiency issue that caused the engine light to turn on. But I’ve had it back a week, and it hasn’t come on yet. We have worked out that if it does come back on that they will allow me to use their dealership discount to have it fixed in the future.
It hasn’t been a perfect transaction, probably for me as well as them, but the fact that they fixed two of the major issues sets them apart from the other used car dealerships.

Sad but the car I had purchased was not cheap. It had many electrical problems and to check the many systems it was over 1,000 which they would not make good for. When I turned my high beams went on, that's just one of the many issues. Ended up coming in the middle of the night to repo it thank god cause it was a huge piece of junk. They purchase these cars with over 100,000 miles to avoid the lemon law and then they don't have to make good for anything and this is their practice. For the many people that had a good experience were lucky that's all. I am certain there are just as many people who had a bad experience but did not post a review.
I have a place that has been fixing my cars for over 25 years and told me that they didn't know her but she had a lot of nerve selling me that car because not only did it have many issues but it was a dangerous car to drive.
I got pulled over twice because when I turned, I flashed high beams at a cop and this is just one of the many problems. I couldn't afford to pay for the car because I was too busy paying for repairs that they couldn't make good for. I would never purchase a car from these people.
IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY....I TOLD YOU I NEEDED A SAFE CAR BECAUSE I HAD A DAUGHTERS AND NEEDED A GOOD CAR. YOU SOLD ME A CADILLAC THAT HAS 7 SYSTEMS THAT WERE BAD AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED PER THE DEALERSHIP BUT YOU WOULDNT PAY FOR NO MORE THAN ONE, AND ONLY TO BE CHECKED NOT REPAIRED. THE CAR HAD MANY ISSUES YOU WOULD NOT COVER. A REPUTABLE COMPANY THAT CARED ABOUT PEOPLE WOULD HAVE MADE GOOD FOR WHAT I WAS PAYING. AND ITS OVER 10 YEARS, SO, DOES THAT MEAN IT DOES NOT MATTER OR PERHAPS BRUSHED UNDER THE CARPET??? I GAVE YOU COLLECTOR BARBI DOLLS IN PLACE OF 1 PAYMENT JUST TO GET THE CAR RIGHT. HAHA. YOUR FUNNY. GAS GAGE DIDNT REGISTER AND CAUSED CHAOS AND YOU REPLACED A 5.00 GAS CAP. THAT WAS JUST ANOTHER ISSUE YOU WOULD NOT FIX. ITS OK. NICE WAY TO DO BUSINESS. I would give you zero star if I could. The place I got my car from never gave me an issue but then again they sold me a great car. Had it 4 yrs now and no problem like the ones you sell. You should be ashamed of yourself. Your a horrible company who buys cars with over 100,000 miles on it so you don't legally have to pay for it that's the loophole that you made in order to have a business. Why don't you try buying cars with under 100,000 miles? Does that scare you because you'll have to pay for repairs and people can hold you legally responsible....you fell right thru the loop hole sweetheart. Great job. Sleep well....i will now that I actually have a great car from a company that cares.
And all you ask is the people make the payments and I understand that and you're actually right absolutely but how can we make payments when the car is constantly in garages getting repaired when I'm paying 500 and more dollars a month for the repairs plus insurance it makes it a little difficult to pay you the car payment. I could not drive it with the electrical system a mess like it was. I had dozens of conversations with you and you help no one once the money has to be paid. You're cheap and it's sad. Have a great night. Thank you for the experience of knowing people like you. Go ahead and dispute this cause I have all the paperwork and proof I need of what you did to me.
