Deer bodychecked my front end. My family referred me to Roccos, who had my car back to me under a week. This was with the holidays! Trustworthy staff, text and phone updates, quality work by techncians. There was even an option for me to pay online prior to pickup, as well as after hour pickup available if I needed. Love this place. They understand how badly people need their wheels safely back on the road. 10/10.

Customer service was overall great. Quick, thorough, and the text alerts were awesome. I got my car backed as promised within the week. The quality of work was also great.

The quality of repair on my 2024 Kia Sorento was excellent! The staff were very professional and customer service was exceptional. I felt like I was truly taken care of. Natasha and Madison were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Rocco's for anyone needing work after an accident.

They do not do their work carefully. I fixed my from here and they did not installed all the properly, even some of the part missing. I am very unsatisfied about their service.

I was fully anticipating AT LEAST 2 weeks for my car to be repaired. Not only was Rocco’s able to take my car almost immediately after receiving my insurance claim, but they had my vehicle ready in just a day over one week. The communication throughout the entire repair process was impeccable & they even had an after hour pickup which worked out perfectly for me as I work odd hours. Extremely happy with the results of the work done & all the employees I encountered along the way. I’m more than happy that I went here and not another collision center!

This place doesn’t even deserve a star. Worst experience I’ve had to say the least. I wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to take their vehicle to this place. My accident was 3/25/2025 and my SUV still isn’t fixed. It has been a complete nightmare. They never answer the phone, you have to drive to the shop to speak with someone. Just go somewhere else.
