“The technicians were both personable and quick to help, they exchanged part of my pre-ordered items because I found what I picked wouldn't be the best thing that would work for our family. They even called the day before to confirm all parts were receved,, and they were ready for me for the installation of our hitch. They were also about $40 less then other locations to complete the installation, which to me was wonderful!”

“The only reason to rent from Prime Storage in Berin is Mike Guido. Without him they would have lost my business months ago. I drive past so many Storage facilities traveling to this location it would be easy to rent closer but I don't think I could match Mike's attention to our business. He is personable and friendly. Extremely polite and has helped time and time again to resolve issues created by the Call Center. In my opinion, he is way under valued by the company. The facility is clean and very well managed. I can't say enough positive about Mike.”
