“I have to say that Izzy was absolutely amazing and professional throughout our entire conversation on the phone with me and taking care of customers in the store. She was multitasking like a champ. Very communicative, attentive, helpful, and patient. If an option for 10 stars was available, every on is deserved.
Thanks, Izzy, and Berlin U-Haul for helping me through a chaotic move.
Highly recommend.”
“I am editing this review to note that the company contacted me and corrected the significant increase in price. The price did increase but not significantly. This helped me gain more confidence that they would provide good customer service while doing business with them so I’d recommend their services.
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! After just one month renting a unit I was notified that my rental unit price would not only increase in cost it would more than DOUBLE. This is a manipulative practice and you should look into this sneaky rate increase practice done by storage unit companies. This is reflective of highly unsavory practices and horrible customer service. Get a locked in rate for at least 12 months.”

“Leah and Chris were so fantastic and accommodating to get a last minute unit on a weekend, even assisted in getting a unit for another location to match what we needed”
