The service here is terrible. I guess they have never heard of quality improvement. The overweight guy with 2 canes was very rude. He also doesn’t know how to speak with an inside voice to avoid the whole bank hearing your personal information. Go to the Blackwood-clementon road location. They have a good check in service. Also the customer service reps are very pleasant.

The worst branch I have ever worked with. They don't answer their phone and their manager sits in a room all day looking st s screen and never helps with anything.

Surprisingly unsatisfied customer care, no one answers when you call the local bank (Berlin Boro) after you are first rerouted to an automated answering service. I was forced to wait over 20 minutes to ask a simple question about gift cards. People don't like listening to an automated person when trying to connect with the local bank. We have been doing business here for over 25 years. Turns out they took away their gift card purchase option which is something my mother purchased for all of her grandchildren (12) year after year. Very disappointing.

Never left a review in my life but this place deserve every bit of the 1 star. Customer service is garbage. All of the people that work there are garbage. Yall see the reviews just stay away.

The slogan “America’s most convenient bank” couldn’t be more incorrect. The new ATM they have installed by the drive thru never works. It has even taken a $100 bill from me and deposited $0.02 instead. After calling the bank and waiting a week for my money to deposit, I called the 1-800 number just to find out nothing was ever done to get my money, so I had to wait an additional week. Don’t waste your time giving this location your business.

My experience was good but definitely not great.My banker Tom tried but more training is needed definitely. There were no conversations to discover anything about who I am. It was pretty much you need a certain product… here it is… no introduction of who he is and what he does… it was the order takers approach .When asked if he loves what he does… he said yes he loves his job. There was a female banker on the lobby and she was upbeat, friendly and with every interaction I could hear her suggesting the upgraded credit card. As a seasoned banker it warmed my heart to see she is creating awareness about the changes with the upgrade and educating the clients on the benefits of the change. Well done!I was fascinated with the openness and beauty of the location. The space was clean and fresh but in my opinion lacked morales and motivation.Overall, there is room for this branch to be better in delivering exceptional service. I have to give credit to the drive-thru team… they are always on point and extremely professional. Thank you team for serving my hometown.

I have been asking myself why I do business with this bank for a years now. Consumer banking is as basic as it gets. Their fees have crept out of control. Their rates stink! They seem to have challenges with the most basic of tasks and customer service.

Worst bank I’ve ever been to. It took them an hour to make three certified checks for me. There’s another TD down the road, just use that one instead.

Went to this location yesterday just to get a card printed out. The representative that I dealt with name is Roland. He pulled up my information and told me immediately that all of my accounts are closed. He didn’t give me any information on why they were supposedly closed and told me “I don’t know what to tell you.” I actually called TD bank moments before going into the branch and they were able to help me with my accounts. They said nothing about any of my accounts being closed so I was extremely confused. I asked Roland if he is sure my accounts are closed he answers “yes the status on all your accounts show closed.” I then asked him what I should do about this situation, should I call customer service? He responded “you can if you want.” I take out my phone to call customer service and I explained to the agent that picked up that I called moments before I entered the TD bank establishment and I was told nothing about my accounts being closed, I also explained to the phone agent that the previous agent I spoke with over the phone told me that I could come to this location to get a card printed out. I was rudely interrupted by Roland whom was defensive for no reason. Roland responded “I didn’t say that.” In a rude tone and I explained to him that I wasn’t talking to him nor about him. Roland decided to finally do his job and call somebody higher up to see what was going on with my accounts. Come to find out, none of my accounts are closed and he gave me misinformation which I figured from the get go. He definitely doesn’t need to be working in that field.
