“I have known Walt and Ryan for over 20 Years using them for out of state rentals, parts, service...I ONLY refer and partner with companies who will not make me look bad. I can tell you that every time we talk about business and customers, they are all about how can they can give them a better product, service, and overall experience. They give you that Family business Individual caring and fit it to the little guy and the big guys. When you call you get a person on the line and not a bunch of menu choices. If you are looking for a company where you feel that you are being attended to or at least matter to, call these guys.”

As someone who is also in the customer service/sales industry, I’ve seen a decrease in the level of care for customer service, but they do a wonderful job at Extra Space in Blackwood. “I found the gentlemen at the shop to be very pleasant and professional. Three brothers own the shop and the one who helped us went over the truck and the contract with us and even gave us a heads up on our directions to our destination. The location is very easy to find and conveniently located on the Black Horse Pike. They don’t have all of fhe “extra supplies” as a full service U~Haul store, but there were moving blankets, a hand truck and a few other supplies in the truck if needed. I was very happy with this location and the customer service we received and would recommend it to others.”
“Had to recently rent a cargo van from U-Haul in Somerdale. I made my reservation via the website. U-Haul was great in keeping me informed with several emails about my current status. My estimate was right on target. (I did a good job estimating my miles so there was no surprises) Check in was very easy, and drop off was also easy. Staff very friendly and helpful. The cargo van was clean, and well maintained. Glad to recommend U-Haul of Somerdale.”

“The truck was clean and operational. However, the moving blankets I paid for were disgusting. They came in a sealed bag, so I thought I was getting a clean product. That was not the case. The blankets were damp, visibly dirty and had a terrible smell.
All in all, my experience was good, but U-Haul needs to do better with cleaning their products properly before loaning them out to customers.”

“I rented a truck from here 8 months ago to move from NJ to Fl and they were by far the cheapest I could find. I kept forgetting to write a review and just remembered again and decided to write it. I had some problems with the truck, but they absolutely went above and beyond to rectify the problem. I definitely recommend this place for your truck rental.”
“My review for this location was great. I think some of the combination locks to retrieve the keys should be replaced as the combinations are deteriorating making it hard to read. I do have some complaints about the U-Haul mobile app experience and would give the mobile app only 2 stars. It was NOT great and I would rather prefer to schedule and pick up with a real person. Uhaul should notify the customer at the time of scheduling what is to be expected when picking up the tuck. I was not aware of how long the process takes before you can drive the truck off the lot and should have at least arrived 30 minutes before I scheduled the pickup. U-Haul should allow you to register your rental a day before and start with the driver license and verification process in advance. I know you can't verify the truck in advance, but at least have to option to submit your driver license to verify in advance. You will also submit a second contact as a reference and uhaul will contact your reference. Well, if your reference ist not answering the phone right away you just sit in the lot waiting to be verified. Which is probably why the process took that long. If I would have known that this is the process I could have prepared better. Also, when you first get your vehicle you need to take pictures from each side. This is great on theory, but to be able to fit each side in the camera view you need to step back at least 20 feet. This is impossible from where the truck is parked. The process is the same again when you return. You will need to take pictures from each side. I will only recommend to start the return process before parking the truck as you will not have enough room to take the pictures. Hindsight I should also have taken the truck out of the parking spot when I picked it up before finalizing the pickup procedure. I will be better prepared next time, but Uhaul should have better communication and send instructions prior to your scheduled rental.”

“I went to his place on Friday to pick dolly ! The staff was very helpful and i told him we need dolly one way. I called at many locations but no one helped me. This location helped me and if i ever want tow dolly again, i would love to come here and get it. Highly recommend to everyone !!!”

“Not every site is the same but this specific location of Enterprise is the only rental company who CONSISTENTLY provides excellent service and clean rental vehicles. I say this because I have been renting vehicles for over 10 years now many states different companies. Eric, Mauri and Kevin helped me during my last 2 visits and wow they are an amazing team. They call me during appropriate times and always display professionalism. They answer all my questions have a positive attitude and make me feel comfortable every time I walk in. I am renting again from them and I feel safe and at easy knowing they will help take care of all of my rental vehicle needs. I would recommend them to my own grandma and she's tough to please. They deserve recognition for the amazing services they are providing and I hope they know that I am appreciative of it. I work hard for my money and for my personal time, the last thing I want is headaches getting a rental and I can guarantee you won't find that here. Thanks a lot everyone!”
