I have to say, this At&t store is the best At&t store I've ever been to. Stuff here are friendly, patient and will try their best to solve your problem and make super helpful suggestions. Especially the manager of this store, he helped me a looot! Really appreciate that!

I left an incorrect review for this store by mistake last week. It was meant for another store-my mistake. I had a fantastic experience at the Basking Ridge ATT store. I purchased a new iPhone 15 Max. As we were going to checkout they found a way to reduce our current bill and found 3 inactive lines we were being charged for. I’m delighted with my experience there. 5 stars.

Mike is an exceptional employee! I was having a problem with my phone for 2 days. After hours on the phone with AT&T, hours of online chatting with Samsung, I desperately reached out to Mike at the AT&T site in Basking Ridge. He enthusiastically said, "sure I would like to help and come on in". He was ever so pleasant, patient and helpful and when he could not resolve the problem, he called Adavanced Tech Support and worked with them to get my issue resolved. My problem had to be handled IN PERSON and currently AT&T is the only company that is offering this service. Not all issues can be handled with "chatting" on line. Thank you to Mike for outstanding service which is such a rarity these days!

I want to the store to get a new phone after losing the one I had. I was proved the best options for replacement quickly and in an efficient manner. All my questions were answered by a knowledgeable and friendly employee.
