The workers don’t know one single thing about the app or rewards and can’t help people. Where else would you go to ask simple questions? Training would be nice for everyone involved.

Ordered through app - one burrito bowl was missing 6 items including guac and salsa. No one answered the phone despite mult attempts. Other burrito bowl order was correct but caused food poisoning.
