Lady with glasses, short blonde hair, and european accent had such an attitude for no reason. Disappointed by her disrespectful demeanor as she seemed to take her anger out on me.

Pharmacy - have been using them for a year out of convenience of distance, but they just suck. I'd rather drive 15 min then have to go back there. Send your scripts elsewhere.

Don’t hire employees that are clearly not happy to work there.

I wonder whats the problem is with the old lady who works at Walgreens located at 544 Allen Rd, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920.I went there today and she doesn't say hello, she has no manners in dealing with the customer. Extremely rude. It makes me not want to go back there. It's not the first time I've had the misfortune to be attended by her. I don't know how such a large store can allow employees who don't care about customers.

Of all the Walgreens I've been to...this one is by far the worst. I'm not referring to the unavailability of products, I'm referring to the very unpleasant staff. How and why these people get hired is a real conundrum. I just had back surgery 5 days ago & thought maybe things had miraculously changed or they'd take pity on me & treat me nicely. Nope..So, I drove to the CVS nearest me & shopped there. It was a little out of the way but well wort it! C'mon people...just try to be friendly...you may just end up liking how it feels..

What a DUMP!Went to this store just now (Sunday Aug 8) to avoid CVS on Bedminster which is disgusting, and the item I was looking for on the shelve was empty ( like much of the shelves).I then went to look for help (everyone seems to hide) and lightly tapped on the half open storage door area in the back and the manager says “come in”. So I stick my head in (masked) and tell her I need some assistance. She then yells at me “you’re not suppposed to be in here” and I reply, “ you told me to come in!”I asked her for help and she tells me to ask someone else!I then ask the tall female cashier for help and she follows me to the isle with 5 small bins full of Product and I suggest if she would simply open them up we could quickly look. She then said “that will take too long… just go to CVS”. After repeated attempts asking again, the same response. Basically don’t bother me.Why are these people employed and furthermore where is the so-called management.Suggest to AVOID Walgreens and direct your entire business to AMAZON as they have excellent customer service and save time/gas!

Rude services and bad attitude seem to be the common theme here for a long time. I am surprised that the management still have not done anything to address this problem. After back to back bad experience and getting treated with no respects, I would not shop here unless it is emergency. I would rather drive another 10 minutes to the one in Bernardsville instead of shopping here again.

This Walgreens instantly solved a cluster of confusion created by another Walgreens in my area.

I visited the store last week and with everything that was going on a young lady named isa helped me so much and made me feel comfortable. She was very helpful with everything I asked, that’s definitely the type of employee everyone needs. She was also very easy to locate when I had questions! Stay safe !

As another reviewer has noted, it is now officially "Walgreen's" and the store has replaced the "Rite Aid" sign with the one for "Walgreen's." I considered lowering my rating by a star based on my most recent experience, but I won't, because maybe more time is needed in order to make an assessment that is truly fair, and it's not as if my experience necessarily qualifies as "bad." I needed medication; I got medication. The pharmacist in charge is still the same, which is good. The process of ordering medication has changed, which is bad. In the past, when I needed to refill my prescription (and I need to refill it regularly), I called the pharmacy, and an automated voice took the number of my prescription, processed it, and told me when the new prescription would be ready. When my refill limit had been reached (6 or 7 times), the automated voice informed me of it. I would then call my doctor's office, say I needed a new prescription for the same medication sent out, and they would tell me to come in for a physical before they did. This was something I viewed as an inconvenience, but when you consider that you can potentially stroke out while taking the medication I take, and that I'm no longer a spring chicken, the idea of a regular physical is probably not a bad idea. The bottom line is I need the medication I take for agonizing (and pretty regular) migraine headaches, and if an occasional physical if what I have to endure in order to get it, I'll endure them. This last time, I called the number, and was advised by the automated voice that the pharmacy was closed. This was as it has been. I was next asked what I wanted, and I said I wanted to refill my prescription. Instead of taking my prescription number and then telling me, as it had in the past, that my prescription would be ready in the morning, or that I had no more refills left and that I should call my doctor, the voice advised me that the nearest Walgreen's in Linden was open 24 hours. In other words, the robotic voice ain't refilling my prescription! I called my doctor's office, and they said they would send the prescription to the Walgreen's. Another physical wasn't yet necessary, which was good. I decided to wait a day, since it was New Year's Eve. The next business day, I get an automated call indicating there's a problem with my insurance but they'll try to work it out. Huh? Wha...?!?! When I called, and spoke to a live human being, they said there was no problem with my insurance, and my new prescription was ready. The young lady at the counter was pleasant, friendly, efficient. My prescription was a little more expensive than it had been, but then that's life in modern America. So be it. So...some new elements to my pharmacy experience that are so far a little disconcerting, perhaps a bit troubling, but certainly not catastrophic. Maybe the new store has some kinks that have to be worked out, just like a new restaurant. I've been using this particular pharmacy (whatever name its been listed under) for a long time and have been happy with it, so I'm far from being inclined to lower my rating, or think about changing pharmacies. But I think I miss my old Rite Aid. As a regular pharmacy experience, it was easier, less expensive, more convenient. But I guess time will tell how this new Walgreen's will ultimately work out. I'm hoping for the best.

Well, it's now a Walgreens. Anyway, it's atrocious! I miss the Rite-Aid. I realize that they retained a good bit of their staff but it's completely different. I just went in to pick up a prescription (that they told me was ready yesterday) and was told "sorry, computers are busted". *insert blank stare by pharmacist*. I couldn't get the prescription even after I offered cash in lieu of using the "busted computer". I'm done with them and it's unfortunate because I've been going there forever!

Alla the pharmacist took 4 hours to fill a single script. Physician had to send it in twice and finally call it in because she can't find the electronic script. After it got called in, she wanted one hour before it's ready.
